  From retaining Home Pro Ryan Hawley in July 2019, new roof, to our latest contact, regarding the hail damage we received on 04/12/22, nothing has changed. My husband and I were told our roof was guaranteed for 30 years. Never explained it was ONLY FOR manufacturing defects. This is the reason we choose the 30 year warranty. Hawley's communication is non-existent. Had to bring a Sheriff's Deputy with me to pay our roofing bill, that we received from our homeowners insurance. Would never recommend Home Pro.

  Hi Linda, we replaced your roof in 2019 because of hail damage. Your insurance paid for the repairs because of the hail. You are well aware most shingles do not withstand sizable hail. We installed a good, quality shingles when your roof was replaced in 2019. You were given an option to upgrade to more expensive, hail rated, shingles. You chose the middle option as this is what your insurance would cover. We recently, 4/12/2022, were hit by more hail. Most of your neighbors will be getting new roofs, again, from their insurance. I’m guessing they are not blaming their contractor for the recent hail damage. You emailed me a couple days ago demanding I replaced your roof under warranty, at no charge. I promptly explained hail damage is not covered under workmanship or your manufacturer warranty, as you are aware from 2019. Hail damage will void warranties is also written in our contract you signed. You also initialed the part saying you read and understood that. As to the sheriff, I’m not sure why you brought him to my office to pay your bill. You could have mailed the final payment like everyone else. The sheriff stayed after you left and we had a good conversation. Thank you for your review, as misleading, and completely inaccurate as it is.

  Jon's customer service is second to none. Always quick to respond to any questions. From the first phone call inquiring about a roof, to job completed was about a month. The roof was completed in one day, excellent cleanup. They even fixed a broken board on our gate! Highly recommend!

  Scheduled work within my timeframe. Showed up as scheduled. Completed the job in 3 days including cleanup. Had one small issue which they came back for in a couple days and corrected for me. No complaints from my end!

  Home Pro Roofing, excellent customer service with no high pressure sales. Set a date for a new roof, it was installed and clean-up was all done in one day. Respectful of property. We would highly recommend.

  They came and replaced the roof on my home and detached garage, and came back a few days later to add gutters to the garage, then gave us the final quote/bill after the job was all done completed. They even added two more vents, replaced any plywood that needed to be replaced, and took down the chimney that was above the roofline (also had first confirmed that nothing ran into it and that it wasn't being used to vent something else). I also have yet to find any nails in my yard or driveway and it has been a week or so as of writing since they have finished the project. Would recommend to anyone who needs a roof done

  Roof looks great! Background: I needed better intake ventilation in my attic. I had a few static vents which exhaust air, but I do not have soffits to intake air. I knew my roof was old and needed to be replaced anyway, and I didn't want to add edge vents to my old roof. Tim came over and assessed the situation. He agreed that edge vents would be the solution to my problem. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident. I picked out the roof color and we scheduled the installation. The installation: For the most part, everything went well. The square footage of my roof is not large, so it was fully complete within a day. The installers mistakenly threw away a couple of my downspouts, but when I notified Tim he quickly replaced them free of charge. Once completed, the roof looked great. The edge vents appear to be properly installed, and the shingles look great. Post-installation: Upon walking around my house the next day, I noticed the installers did not thoroughly clean up. There were many pieces (small and large) of shingles, strips of plastic, loose nails, and even entire strips of unused nails. After notifying Home Pro Roofing of my concern, they came over that day and thoroughly rolled their magnet through my yard and picked up everything that was left behind. Issues happen on all projects, and Home Pro Roofing will address them promptly which is great to see. I would recommend them if you are looking to have your roof replaced!
