We went with American Quality Homes because they had amazing reviews and now we get to add to the amazing reviews because we had such a great experience. Everyone we worked with on the team was so friendly and responsive and genuinely cared about our experience. When we had a minor issue with part of a window sash not quite meeting aesthetic standard, they came back and replaced it at no cost to us. Will definitely call them again when we plan our next project.

From the time of the initial sit down and quoting process TJ made everything so easy and answered all of our questions. Our new roof was just put on yesterday and the entire team's attention to detail did not go on noticed. They called and said crew would be onsite between 7 - 7:30 am. Their crew showed up by 6:50 and got started immediately they were so friendly and professional. I felt bad for them because of the heat but they assured me they had plenty of water and ice. Two project managers were in and out checking in on their progress but as also their well being. I think between the two project managers total they stopped in about 10 times to check on the crew and I know that was because of the heat. I know AQH is a family owned company but they truly treat everyone who works there like family and it was definitely noticed. When the roof was done everyone pitched in to clean up and making sure there were no nails and all the scrap was picked up. After they left you couldn't even tell they were here. Definitely recommend AQH to anyone. Between the materials, system, customer service and their dedication is absolutely out standing. I definitely would recommend them 100%.

American Quality Homes replaced my roof for me this June, and I could not be happier with the results! When the sales team came over to provide an estimate, I was amazed at how thorough they were. They inspected every inch of the attic, …

I am greatly pleased with the overall work of the AQH team. From start to finish professionalism and hard work were at its core. T.J. explained in detail and with visual aides what I could expect from the various price panels. The 50 year warranty caught my eye. I was concerned that the hot weather would affect the completion time, but this AMAZING CREW got the job done as planned, in spite of the 94 degree heat!!! I also appreciate that the AQH company gives back to our veterans and others. I was customer number 50, so another deserving veteran would qualify as a recipient of the beneficent AQH company materials and services. I highly recommend American Quality Homes company to anyone interested in home improvements, beyond a new roof…. It’s difficult to find old-fashioned integrity.

TJ was thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to someone who knows nothing about roofs. Unlike other companies that just measured and gave a quote, he made sure I understood the process …
