  Let me start by saying they were not actually doing a roofing job for me. I was the property next to the job that they were doing the roof they were the most disrespectful, horrible construction crew I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with they were asked to stop throwing stuff onto my property because I have a puppy and I’m terrified that they might leave a nail and not pick it up and what if my puppy gets it stuck in his paw is this company going to pay for the Vet bills that I’m going to incur? They were asked to stop driving there huge machine on my property They never even got permission if they could be on my property And the fact that when I told them to stay off my property, they totally disrespected me and my property they did whatever the heck they wanted even after I called the office and they told them to get off my property. They still did not comply. They threw construction material all over the place. They drove huge machines over my lawn, So if you wanna stay on the good side of your neighbors who ever hires this company please make your neighbors aware that they are coming and are the most disrespectful construction crew that any company can hire and will not show any respect for your neighbor’s property

This is not normal, and it does not reflect the standards we expect from our crews. We are truly sorry that you needed to call us in the first place. Your concerns should have been addressed immediately and respectfully on-site. We should have asked permission before crossing onto or using any part of your yard, and we apologize for the confusion around the property line and for not stopping right away when you requested it. That should have never happened. Additionally, your puppy’s safety is very important to us. We completely understand why you were worried, and we’re very sorry that debris and equipment ended up near your yard. We strive to keep a clean jobsite, and sometimes it unfortunately gets messy. Please know that if your puppy suffered an injury related to this situation, we will absolutely cover the costs. The safety of your pets and family should never be compromised. Again, we are very sorry for the frustration, discomfort, and disrespect you experienced. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are taking it seriously with the crew involved to ensure this does not happen again.   I had gutter toppers Installed i have called four times to get someone to come out to fix a problem I can't even get someone to call me back to fix our problem they just don't care about you after the sell sorry to say but customer service is really bad

  Our experience with security roofing was nothing what we had hoped for. The flashing they put on was not fastened properly so they had to back and fix. Was a crude fix. The gutter on the east side of the house was to short so it was dripping. Their fix was to install a diverter see pic. Every time I see their commercials boosting 90 years of experience I just get more frustrated. The color of the roof is not what we expected. I thought by going with a big name roofer we would be safe so I didn’t mind paying more than others quoted. I would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy.

  Had to deal with issues for over a month. Quality of work depends on team doing the install. Roof team seemed good, gutter team seemed not to care.

  I contracted for a roofing job May 31 of this year. I paid in full at this time. Four months and constant excuses later, the job was still not started. I fired Security and asked for a refund. When I went to pick up the refund check, they withheld $300 for the work they didn't do. Total ripoff. If you are thinking of hiring them, DON'T DO IT!

Communication was maintained throughout the process, and delays occurred due to unforeseen structural issues discovered during the initial assessment. These issues made it unsafe to proceed without further evaluation. Because the extent of the structural concerns fell outside the scope of our services, another contractor needed to be brought in—causing additional delays that were unfortunately beyond our control. At the homeowner’s request, we agreed to cancel the project. Although a $300 fee had initially been withheld for administrative and preliminary work, we ultimately chose to issue a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to transparency, safety, and clear communication with our clients. We wish you the best with the remainder of your roofing project.

  Strictly on customer service. Wyatt showed up at my house for an appointment supposedly made over a week prior and when informed that we had gone with someone else his reply was “oh well, it was over an hour drive” as if that was my fault. I apologized and suggested in the future to call ahead of time so people knew/remembered he was coming. He then blamed it on my husband stating he had made the appointment while conveniently the week prior he was not able to use his phone while he was at a convention.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. The job was not done properly. The crew was not professional. And their communication totally sucks!

  Tsecurity SecuritroDid not install gutters right 1st tome Returned to fix problem, but then have been having problems with gutter toppoers deflectors getting jamed up with leaves and other debree. The rain water flows off toppers in the valleys like a waterfall. Hard to reach someone to fix problem. It's been going on for over 3 years.ofing

  A few shingles fell off our house over the past winter due to high winds. I called Security-Luebke because we used their services years ago to add ridge vents and reroute bathroom exhaust vents and were very pleased with their workmanship The person that did the work was absolutely fantastic. He installed new shingles and replaced others to our satisfaction. Great experience

  I had the best experience with Security-Luebke Roofing, all on time to the job and walked me through everything. They did not miss anything they said they would do. I got my larger down spots and not only look great but are very much ready for what is to come this fall and winter. Jill kept me up to date and was easy to call or text.   Aaron Kahne is an absolute class act of person. He was in charge of my full roof replacement 2 months ago and after the tornado he personally stopped by the next day to see how I was doing. During that he was professional and thorough documenting any damages and getting me set up with a follow up appointment. A few days later I contacted him on Friday after hours as we had a fallen chimney on the roof that I was feeling uneasy about the weight on the trusses. He promptly called me back within minutes and was on my roof the very next morning to remove it. This level of care and commitment to his craft is unrivaled and I genuinely appreciate the honesty he has shown me since meeting him.

  We had our roof replaced as well as adding gutter guards to our home.   The many projects were completed in a few days. From repairing rotten wood trim above a window to new roofs on house, garage and boathouse and installing the new gutter protection system. All the different teams that worked at my location were knowledgeable, dedicated, and personable. Would not hesitate calling Security Luebke Roofing for any future projects.
