  How does this company have a 5-star rating? Reached out to Kingdom to repair some leaks. Adam checked our roof and explained what materials he thought would be needed, saying he would order enough to make sure the job was covered and any excess materials/labor would be refunded. A competitor had a cheaper quote, but made me feel uneasy. It was worth it to me to pay a little more for someone I thought I could trust. I signed the contract and was told I would be contacted soon to set a date for repair. Twelve days later, Adam asked if they could work on a Saturday to get in sooner, which I agreed to. Two weeks later, on a Monday, I sent a message to Adam asking for an update. He replied that they would be in that Saturday. This was not a request – it was already on the schedule and I wasn’t notified. I was able to accommodate, but was irritated at the lack of communication. Crew showed up that Saturday at 7:00 AM, then left at 11:00, which seemed too soon. Got up on my roof and confirmed – they had only replaced the front slope of the roof, ignoring the back. Tried to contact Adam and did not get a response. Two days later (Monday) I tried again – still no response. I called Kingdom Roofing and explained everything. Person I spoke to said she would pass on my message. Two days later (Wednesday), I tried Adam, without success. That afternoon I received a call from Nic, who told me Adam was no longer with the company. Nic took a quick look at my house and confirmed work was incomplete, then spoke with the installation crew. Somehow the scope of work had been unclear. Nic apologized and said he would reschedule the crew. Two Mondays later I asked Nic for an update. He said he would check with scheduling. Two weeks later I again asked Nic for an update. I’m told the crew will be out that Friday. Friday afternoon, when I returned home from work, I got into the attic to look at the underside of the repair, and noticed no decking had been replaced. That surprised me,

  Mike Bailey came to do an inspection after the tornado and all the damage was noted and set for repair / replacement on my house and garage. He was very nice and not at all what I expected I assumed I was going to get a hard sell salesman but that's not what he is. The price was very fair and I was left with no questions. Everything was thoroughly explained. I had one other roofer that gave an estimate.

  Great combination of professional and personable. Explained things clearly, was great with communication and never gave "pushy salesman" behavior. Genuinely nice to work with especially in a stressful situation in the aftermath of a storm.

  Mike was awesome! He came out for a roof inspection and was punctual. He was thorough and noticed a couple of minor issues and told me how I could fix it myself. He was professional, friendly, and was no pressure. When I have roofing needs, I will definitely be contacting Kingdom Roofing!
