  Constantly reordering material because their workers didnt install it correctly, or they don't order enough materials or they order the wrong ones. Their workers were not careful removing things off my house and crushed alot of stuff that was to be reused and had to be replaced. My job has been in progress for the past 3 months now and im waiting on replacement material now that wont be here till the middle of December and it was ordered weeks ago. I paid $35,000 for house siding. On top off all of that, they damged the electrical on the back of my house and kept telling me for over a year they'd fix it and never did, then I finally asked if I could hire a professional electrician to come out and fix the issue if they paid for it and they agreed. It should have never came to that. If they dont know how to do electrical they shouldn’t be removing it from the exterior of the house for new siding. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

  My siding and windows look awesome. But customer service is ridiculous. Waiting 6 weeks to fix a window and screen. No communication, call the office they tell you a rep will contact you and three weeks later they show up. Order the parts and still waiting

  I had a very frustrating experience with Ridge Top Exteriors. Their salesman, Wyatt, pressured us to make a decision on the spot, saying “it would be more work for me later” if we didn’t. At one point, he even said he would step outside so we could “talk and make a decision,” and we still told him no, that we wanted more time to think about it. He also told us we could cancel, but failed to mention that we only had three days to do so. On top of that, only one of us was ever sent the contract to review — and I personally never received it — so we couldn’t both look it over or fully understand what we were signing. Now, because of their lack of transparency, we are being forced to pay $1,000 just to get out of the contract. This is money we should never have to spend if we had been told the truth from the start. This kind of high-pressure sales tactic and dishonesty is extremely unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to make sure you get everything in writing, read it thoroughly, and don’t let yourself be rushed into making such an important decision.

  I was driving on highway 41 on 9/17/25, and a Ridge Top Exteriors truck was swerving in and out of lanes with no blinker, and tailgating other drivers. I wouldn't normally bother to post a review, but it was very dangerous driving. I'd be leery to hire a company with such disregard for others' safety.

  We contacted this company to look at a fascia problem we have. That is right at the roof line. The gentleman that came out was very nice and did take a look. However said that it was going to cost several thousand dollars for repairs, but if we were to get all new siding on the house, they could probably fix it And include repairs in the price. Just wanted to sell a new roof or new siding. They didn't really want to do repairs. And lastly, why does a roofing company not even have a ladder to get up And look at these things?

  Zach Z. did great work at my mother’s house; he replaced a piece of siding that fell off during a storm quickly, efficiently, and didn’t try to sell her on any unnecessary fixes or add-ons. Both her and myself will work with these guys again if the need arises.

  Zach came over to check the exterior of my home following the tornado in Menasha. He was extremely helpful! Although I don’t need repairs at this time, if ever I did, I would definitely call RidgeTop for repairs. Zach was very polite, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure working with him!   Had my roof done by Jose and his crew. I am very happy with Jose’s communication, he kept me informed the whole process (with pictures and video). He explained things well, and clean up was immaculate. Jose ensured the crew had it just as it was when they got there (if not a little better) I appreciate their time in effort in making this process smooth.

  The roofing crew that did our job was fantastic. Albert was on site taking pictures and making sure it was done efficiently and correctly. Clean up and time spent to complete the roof on a fairly large project was very good. The gutter crew had to return for some corrections but did so to my satisfaction.

  Jose was the manager on our roofing project. He and his crew were prompt and thorough in completing our new roof. We had some spots that needed repair. The repairs were done well and they communicated with us each step of the project. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up and left our yard better than they found it. I would highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors.

  Jordan, Jose, and his crew were great. They did a great job of communicating leading up to and during the project. Jose provided pictures throughout the project so we could see what was happening on the roof. The team was on time, courteous, and conscientious. The new roof looks great!
