  Proposal $3200. discount $2750. installed my roof in 2013 told damage in several areas. Two men 2 packs of shingles 1/1.5 hrs told job was done. Shingles sold at home depot for $40. When I singed I thought I was working with the company from 2013 but they have changed!

  They didn't do it right they cover dryer vent it's been 2 yrs it still not fixed

  Used old material. Start leaks from first rain.

  The building was a construction site after damage from Ian, there were other crews coming in after we did the roof to do their work, we used brand new material I have pics of what was delivered was new material. They had air conditioners added after we did the roof and other people up there. We are still fighting for our final payment from the owners because they refuse to pay.

  I have used Suncastle in the past, but after Hurricane Ian hit they do not respond (3 times) to my need to inspect/repair my roof. I now will have find another roofing company to meet our needs!

  Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. The "warranty" does not exist! Any problem with roof is not under warranty, it's never their fault and will tell you bunch of fairy tails. ANY repair will cost you 1k and up! They installed a 3rd layer of shingles partially here and there on roof, plywood changed here and there with tiny pieces of new one, on one of the metal poles seal missing and roof leaking! Nope it is still not their fault and will cost over 1k to fix. Thanks but no thanks. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

  After the roof was installed it began leaking tar on the gutters, driveway and sidewalk. Personnel came out and wiped the tar off. Leaking tar returned. In spite of numerous phone calls and a visit to the office, to date no one has responded to request for repair to roof. Work was not done to code. Used only 5 rather than six nails on shingles and did not install nails at required distance from edge of shingle.

  Started out great, but after making payment, it quickly went downhill. Waited a whole week after making payment to schedule. After scheduling, started project on a Thursday, had in progress inspection, and failed. We were not notified of failure, I went on county website and saw the failure. We were let know it was a minor thing and they would be able to finish. The never came back on inspection day as we were instructed they would. Went a weekend not knowing whether project was done and it was rainy. I had to call every step of the way to get any sort of information. It took 2 weeks to complete a roofing job that was supposed to take 2-3 days tops! They also charged us for installing a 3rd nail, that was NEVER completed. Had to have someone come out to confirm it hasn’t been done, so we don’t get charged $2500 extra. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

  I'm so sorry you feel that way, and it wasn't necessary for your husband to leave very vulgar messages (9 of them threatening us) As I have already told you, The inspection was delayed because the guys did over 50% and the inspector failed it. And he suggested we get a engineer to inspect it. We hired the engineer and he said it was done perfect and the permit has been closed, I also sent that to you. During that time while waiting for the engineer the roof was done and you had nothing to worry about with the rain, As far as the 3rd nail, I told you if it wasn't done that we would not charge you for that. We have worked hard to get this roof done, inspected and closed out and you knew that. Again I am sorry you feel this way.

  This is the actual account/story: I live on the water and evacuated for Hurricane Helene. As storm approached, my neighbor called me to tell me that my “ridge cap” was blowing off my roof. He is a building contractor and was surprised that with only 30/35 mph wind gusts at that time , this could happen to a “ new “ roof. My roof was recently replaced by Wolff Roofing Inc. I immediately called Wolff Roofing . The answering service said that “ Production “ would call me back soon . Wolff Roofing did not call me back. HOWEVER… I was given the contact phone number for Suncastle Roofing ( a local company ) Spoke with Alex , He said “ I am go now ! “ Seriously, with a storm approaching He wanted to correct the problem immediately. I explained I had evacuated and was not home. I would return in the morning. Alex arrived in the morning and evaluated the situation . He saw the “ new” ridge cap installed by Wolff Roofing was not to code and inferior. He was not surprised it blew off with winds as light as 30/35 mph.My neighbor, Steve , a Building Contractor , looked at the material used on my “new” ridge cap and said He had never seen anything like it . He called it a sponge with the hip and ridge shingles nailed on top of it . Steve and Alex were set back to say the least. I can not help but think if other families are going to suffer also . Alex was ready to correct my open vent on the spot . He sent a crew with Dimitri and Max. In one hour , the Cobra Ridge Vent 3 Exhaust Ridge Vent was installed and new ridge shingles. Dimitri and Max worked efficiently from start to completion. Impressed with the speed and the quality work performed. They took all waste from the site and took time to bring down the sandbags , tarp and 4x4x8’ (8) that were covering the ridge vents . ( my friend Gary covered the ridge vents for me . One would think that Wolff Roofing would have sent a crew to at least cover the open ridge vents to keep rain water out. They did send a photographer, but no o

  We used Suncastle to replace our old roof that had hurricane damage. I have to say the owner and workers are top notch!! The whole process has been professional and seamless. What really sets them apart is that protective barriers were placed around the building during construction. After completing, I did a walk around to ensure roofing nails were not present that could damage tires. To my amazement everything was SPOTLESS!! Suncastle is a CLASS-ACT!!! Thank you :)

  We had damage to our roof from hurricane Milton, our neighbors suggested Suncastle Roofing, called and they were quick to respond, done in less than 2 days, friendly and easy to communicate. I would highly recommend this Roofing company. I'm was very impressed with the customer service, and Alex was very easy to get along with. If you need a Roofing company Suncastle is the company.

  Absolutely amazing! Don’t hesitate to go with this company. They did a complete roof, including replacing rotted wood. Looks great and they completed it in less than two days. Very professional in everything they did. I’m a very satisfied customer.
