I had a leak in my tile roof and multiple broken tiles over the 11 years the roof had been installed. Their home solutions specialist had surveyed the repair areas and determined what the likely cause of the leak was and also that there was a section of plywood that was rotted in the area of the leak and needed to be replaced as well as multiple broken tiles repaired. The work was performed by a crew of 5 or 6 workers who completed the work satisfactorily so I thought. I was provided and invoice emailed to me later in the day and noticed that the replacement of the section of plywood that had been noted as rotted and was to be replaced was not listed on the work performed. I naturally called to inquire about the discrepancy and was told there had been a "communication" issue and that a crew would replace the plywood the following day. I don't know if in fact there was indeed somehow a communication issue or that they intentionally did not replace the piece of rotted plywood for whatever reason which is why I did not provide a better score.

The young man who came to the job was very knowledgeable and was very careful in what he was doing. He found the problem, fixed it perfectly. And I couldn't ask for more. He cleaned up after the job. I watched him a few times And he was very knowledgeable on what he does, and I would give him, and the company.\n Bone, dry, a 6 car wreck, 6 star rating. I got to go okay. 6 star rating if I was allowed to I would recommend them highly They're very accommodating, and everything is on time when they say if not sooner, whoever reads this post, I think you're going to like them as a roofing company signed Michael Blank.\nGod bless.\

Had a standard roof inspection and Alex was thorough and professional. He took pictures and showed us where the roofing company that replaced our roof as a result of hurricane Ian cut corners. As a result the repair that was missed to our roof extended the life of our roof.

Five stars all the way for Bone Dry Roofing! I am incredibly impressed by the level of customer service received from the kind lady who took my call on Monday and scheduled me with Alex to inspect my 24 year old metal roof. From the very begnning, they were kind, professional, listened to my needs and much more! It is clear that Alex possesses an unwavering dedication to both his customers and Bone Dry Roofing. Alex went above and beyond to ensure my needs were 100% met and all questions were answered and explained for the work needed to keep my sugar shacks roof in good working order. Alex is a massive asset to Bone Dry Roofin and I am now happy to report to be a forever satisfied and loyal customer. In addition, the price quote is extremely reasonable for the recommended work. Thank you Alex and Bone Dry Roofing for a outstanding experience! UPDATE TO POSTING: July 6, 2026, Alex, Field Supervisor came to the job site to meet and greet with me, super professional and kind. Gabriel, Roof Technician did a fantastic job with the recommended repairs (boots/flashing around pipe vents) on my residential roof and he too was super professional and kind. I could not have asked for a better team/company to take care of my roofing needs. Gabriel even showed me the damaged boots/flashings as they were at least 15 years old if not older! Very please with the service provided - THANK YOU BONE DRY ROOFING, Port Charlotte, Florida.

Bone Dry has the most curiosity and polite workers (office & crew). From the very first visit i felt that this is the company to hire. From the explaintion of what the condition of my roof was, down to the video to capture what was required. Even on the last day of my repair, the crew came to the door to notify that they starting and then notified me that they have completed the work. Excellent customer service and knowing I have a roofing company that I can count on for any future repairs, I a great feeling in this day & age. God speed Bone Dry.

My metal roof was just put on 3 years ago, but I knew it would need some maintenance. They gave a very thorough inspection and estimate for work. At best other roofers just went up on the roof and reported the marks Bone Dry had made. The before and after pictures were very helpful. I could see the crews did just what had been estimated. $$$
