  Keep looking and choose some other roofing company. Their work ethic is questionable when it comes to helping senior citizens, and they are greedy after the recent hurricanes because they “can be.” Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

  They solicited us for an estimate then when they supposed to come to our home, they said they would be there around a certain time. Then had us waiting at our home, no call again and no show. Pass on by this bunch.

  I don’t appreciate the mass text message saying you gave me an estimate and now the price is lowered and asking me if I’m interested in a lower estimate. I never got an estimate from this company. There are enough ads in this world. I don’t need them in my text messages too. Blocked and will never use.

  Loves to harrass and Spam strangers. Refuses to leave them alone. Calls me by the wrong name. You have no right to contact me and this is your official notice. Leave me alone.

  Horrible company, uses skip tracing and attempts scare tactics to get people to use them. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Find a better one who doesn’t have to solicit

  They are keep changing company name and they don’t do the work that was expected. And don’t count on the having any warantie from hem

  Mrs Lapointe: 1) We filed for a DBA for not only legal reasons but also for better branding reasons. 2) We did an excellent job replacing your roof of which we have photo evidence supporting that. We did everything we were contracted to do by yourself. 3) You have your warranty in writing in both business names. We 100% stand by our warranty and if you have any problems in the future with your roof because of workmanship, we will of course come and rectify the problems. In closing I will say you decided you wanted more than what you contracted us for once we asked for final payment. You cannot go for a hair cut and then after the service for the same price demand a manicure. Thank you.

  I'm a realtor & these guys were amazing to work with. Will definitely be referring them to any of my clients that are in need of a new roof. They worked directly with the HOA. The Title Company was impressed on how prompt they were on getting them documents needed in order to close.

  I imagine I am the same as everyone else - when it comes to hiring a roofer I know essentially nothing. After talking with the representatives of this company, I felt pretty good about hiring them. They did a great job on the roof, didn't damage any surrounding property, quickly corrected any problem I found, and were very good at communicating with me. I think they went above and beyond what I expected and feel good about recommending them to everyone.

  June 2023 These folks bought out Right Now Roofing and I finished out the contract with them, Able Sterling. I always ask a lot of questions for my clarification, and they were very patient with me. They delivered when they said they would, installed on the day they said they would and had a great crew that paid good attention to details and esthetics! I could not be happier! Edited UPDATE: February 2025. We had some roof damage from Hurricane Milton. I have been calling for an inspection since November 2024!!! Noone has EVER responded! I went with another roofer that was very professional and did the work beautifully and fairly. ROMAN ROOFING!

  I was referred to Able Sterling Roofing by a close friend of my Family after hurricane Ian. This was my first time ever having to replace a roof and it was a stressful time due to having to go through the insurance company, and having damage to other parts of the home as well. Zach Riley came to do the inspection. He was on time and he spent extra time explaining the process of having a roof replaced to me. He even went a step further and allowed me to call my brother in law so he could go over the contract with him before I signed it. The tarp went up the next day. The office personelle contacted me when the dump truck, and materials were going to be delivered. The roofers were professional, and did an amazing job with the roof. It looks better than it did before. There were no issues with roof at all. Ellen Lapergola assisted me with any paperwork I requested, and information about my inspections. Kelcey Simpson assisted me with the the invoice. Great communication from both of them. I would definitely recommend Able Sterling Roofing to my Family and friends. They made this process a lot easier for me and I really appreciate all the help.

  We contracted with Able Sterling to do two shingle reroofs. They were responsive, they communicated with us, they did what they said they were going to do and it was quality work. We have already referred them to others and we will continue to use Able Sterling Roofing for all of our roofing needs. We are a fan!
