  We had a new roof installed less than two years ago. Throughout most of the process, we worked with Bryce and Melissa, who were both excellent—professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, if it weren’t for Bryce, we likely would not have chosen this company at all. Unfortunately, our experience with Don, the manager, was the complete opposite. He visited our home a couple of times and was consistently rude, dismissive, and came across as a know-it-all. Had we been required to deal with him more during the initial process, we would have chosen a different company without hesitation. After the roof was installed, we were satisfied at the time and even went on to recommend the company to several friends and neighbors, many of whom also had their roofs done by them. Regrettably, we now feel that recommendation was a mistake. Once the installation was complete, any sense of customer service or support disappeared. Recently, we had a 4-point and mitigation inspection done for our insurance company. The inspector identified two very minor issues: a nail slightly protruding through a shingle and a small exposed piece of felt. He indicated these were insignificant and should be covered under warranty given the roof’s age. When I contacted the roofing company, Dan returned my call. He was once again rude and claimed he had spoken with my inspector, who supposedly said there was no exposed felt. I have pictures to prove everything. Despite this, Dan offered only to provide a quote for repairs and stated that our warranty was no longer valid because “other people touched the roof.” I was shocked by both his tone and the lack of professionalism. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone higher up, he refused to provide any contact information and said he only reports to the owners and said someone would call me instead—which I highly doubt will happen. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points. At the time your roof was installed, it successfully passed all required inspections and met all applicable standards. After installation, damage occurred to a portion of the roof that was not related to our workmanship. We provided a quote at that time to repair the affected area, but the repairs were completed by another contractor. When a third party performs work on a roof, it voids the workmanship warranty, which is standard practice across the roofing industry. That said, we did offer to assist again by providing a quote to address the items identified in your recent inspection, as we aim to be helpful even when warranty coverage no longer applies. We regret if any of our communication came across as anything less than professional, as that is not our intention. We take feedback seriously and will review this internally. If you would still like us to assist with repairs, we remain available to help

  This company doesn’t do anything the website says. They are not responsive unless they can get money from you. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I tried to resolve my issues for over a month before writing a bad review but "guess what?" since my insurance paid them 100% upfront they don’t give a care and have left me hanging. They are holding me hostage and refuse to send anyone out to inspect my wavy roof. It wasn’t wavy before they did the job?! The owner of this “family “ owned business says he can not talk to every customer. He finally called me after I wrote this review. NOT a BEST business practice to only respond when the issue has reached the critical stage. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a month and keep getting lied to at every turn! Roof's Only did not live up to the standards they advertise. They never live up to their promises to me. Do NOT USE!!

  Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed with Roofs Only FL! I Do Not recommend this company. I spoke to the owner Michael, and he stood me up on a Saturday where we scheduled a time to discuss some issues. I waited 6 hours. NO CALL NO SHOW was his end result. I called back on a following Monday to reschedule and 2 MORE consecutive weekends followed with the same results!! Michael sub contracted repair work for my home to a contractor name" DON GREEN" and the same results was with him ALSO! NO CALL NO SHOW I was promised in the beginning by sales rep Melissa, that at the end of the roof installation if there was anything I was not satisfied with or any damage done, that I had nothing to worry about. After completion of my my new roof there was around 50 nails in the yard, tar on the new shingles, tar in 15 areas of the new white drip line, tar on my new pavers. My gutters are screwed in wrong and all crooked and hanging low where the brackets can bee seen from the road. Don Green was supposed to come out to my house and fix the gutters. Also note,, there was no mention that if my gutters were not the way they looked BEFORE my new roof that they would NOT be fixed!. This should of been disclosed to me before my up front PAID FULL IN CASH was taken. Ply wood was not replaced in sagging areas. So my roof has the appearance of a cheap job... Air vent sleeves were not properly "sealed" to prevent water from rotting your ply wood over time. Bottom line before you rate 5 stars to this company be a diligent home owner and get on your roof.. Do your own inspection.!

  Roofs Only" are a joke. If only, they wanted to sell me a roof. From my experience, they're not interested in selling roofs. They held me up close to 2 months. I received an estimate, paid for one third of the project, and notarized the notice of commencement. I did my part, but they refused to do theirs. I then heard from Kristen, the sales rep, the owner was uncomfortable because the rental home was in my LLC, and my name was not on the appraisers site. I said of course, I'm a landlord. She assured me she would confirm what the owner Micheal would do. I called, texted, and even emailed numerous times with no response. After all the hassle, I finally got word from Kristen, who spoke to the owner. He refused to do my roof, even though I signed the notice of commencement, and paid 1/3, He wanted the total up front, and when I suggested escrow, he declined. Didn't even have the decency to call me, or email me back. Too bad, because all of my properties, and I have a lot, will need a roof in the future. But guess who will never be called.... Roofs Only, you're the worst.

  We had a great experience with Roofs Only Florida. Bryce our salesman sold us on a new roof with his company. Our old roof was just over 20 yrs old and has had a few leaks. Bryce told us about how the complete job would be done. From start to finish. And that is exactly how the job was done. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up afterwords very well.   I don't know how our the re-roofing of our large 2-story home could have gone better while we were away. RO kept us posted with regular photos and texts. Roofs Only was prompt; more than competitive against other, qualified quotes for top grade materials made in USA; informed and open staff with good suggestions; clean work; jobsite cleaned daily; friendly and professional sale and install team.   We are extremely pleased with our new 5V exposed screw metal roof. Roofs Only did a fantastic job. The roof is beautiful! Melissa was great to work with, always quick to respond with any communication needed. They took care of everything as promised. They were also the least expensive out of 5 quotes!!
