Shea Roofing is a Great Experience! This roofing company provides not only many years of experience and knowledge but also an unequivocal work ethic I haven't seen since my own father was alive and in business. Evan from Shea Roofing stopped by our home within one day of my reaching out to roofers for estimates. His administrator Paula in his office was very good about communicating and reaching out to me with emails, time coordination, and follow-up. So that was Great Experience #1 (and Great Impression). It seems our fairly new three-year old roof had slipped tiles that needed repair. Our insurance company wanted them repaired as soon as possible in order to keep my homeowners' policy in force. I was a bit stressed about this, worried about this unexpected expense. Great Experience #2: Evan was able to go on the roof and assess the slipped tiles, and within only a few minutes, rang the bell to speak to my husband and me. Great experience #3: He had repaired them already, putting them back in place. He said, "No charge." It shocked us! (Another Great Impression!) I now know I'll never need to reach out on apps for reviews on roofers nor will I have to search for a roofer ever again, as his company is going into my permanent address book. Not only that, but he has a plan we might consider joining with a once-a-year examination of our roof to keep things in check BEFORE anything major happens. A company that is prompt, communicative, experienced, knowledgeable with quality work, and above all--honest--is what you will find with Shea Roofing.

Called Shea Roofing for a minor leak. Evan came out assessed the situation and provided the service to seal the leak all of which was done within a 24-hour period. Provided a level of service which is pretty remarkable these days. He did not hesitate to go the extra mile, and was up on the roof as the sun went down. Would not hesitate to hire them again. In fact they would be number one on my Roofing call list.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% recommend Shea Roofing! After spending months researching roofing companies and trying to find the right one, I’m so glad I chose them. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. Paula kept me informed every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy. The entire crew was professional, polite, kind, and respectful of my property. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an incredible job with cleanup before, during, and after the project. You would hardly know they had been there except for my beautiful new roof! Evan, the owner was absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Every request I had was handled without hesitation, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, communicates well, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about their customers, Shea Roofing is the company to call. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and highly recommend them!

I am very happy with the experience with Shea Roofing. From the first conversations with Evan and Paula I felt comfortable with there business approach. Professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Of course I was anxious through the entire roof replacement procedure. However, all my questions and issues during the procedure were quickly resolved, much to my satisfaction. The work on the roof is top notch. Pretty much a turn key operation. All permits, inspection and certifications taken care by Shea. Very accommodating.
