  When the work was done, it was good. They lied about the time frame to start the work. Made me sign a contract after the huricane to "get my spot in line". Then said I wasn't "in line" until they saw my insurance estimate 2 months later. I threatened to end the contract. They told me I would be sued for $5k if I did. Left a large pile of garbage on the side of the house, that I had to call multiple times about. Did not clean up the nails in the yard well. We are still finding them. Do not sign any "contract" with them without a date the job will be done by!

  If there was something worse than Karen... For context, this project was completed over three years ago and it seems a couple times a year she begins her harassment again despite being advised to direct her communication to our attorney once things became intolerable. It's as absurd as her vacuuming her flat roof to collect granules. Yes, she was so impossible to work with that we had to tell her to direct all future communication to our attorney, a directive she continues to break...and let's talk about bullying, it was never us. We suggest you see the posts she has made against other companies...could it be a pattern? This client was visited and attempts made multiple times to resolve her file. We had to require no interaction while onsite due to the hostile environment she created. We even got the manufacturer involved and they too were worn thin due to her lack of acceptance for their explanations and refused to deal with her anymore. She has harassed our staff to the point that we refuse to engage with her anymore. We will be forwarding this libelous review to our attorney due to the false claims and lies and personal character attacks.

  Amber, I am sorry for your experience. As you can imagine following the storm we had to take on new staff that was in training during that time. Of course, things fall through the cracks when you have personnel changes. I hope everything was resolved to your satisfaction. For future reference, when homeowners pressure the Building Department they are much more receptive than when we do. I wish someone has suggested that at this first discovery. All our best to you.

  I would not ever use this company again. They do not seem to know what is going on with their own business. They put a "notice to commence" on my deed in January to keep from canceling my contract with them. My roof has been replaced, but not without unresolved issues, and now I want them to put a "notice to terminate" to show the contract is closed. I am very unhappy with them.

  Bought a house 2 years ago that had a roof done by this company in 2015. Starting have a leak in the garage. Had another company take a look and showed where nails were covered with putty or concrete and had worn away leading to a leak in the garage. Called and they wanted $250 to switch the warranty to me. I might have done it if this wasn't due to poor workmanship in the first place. I don't trust this company to do the repair to be honest. Will pay a bit more with a more reputable company to fix this.

  This Company, was very thorough in its work. They answered my questions when I had them and really made me feel at ease when having extensive roof Repair and replacement done. I would highly recommend their services to others in need of this type of work.

  We have used Cyrena at two houses in Punta Gorda to inspect our roofs. Our house at 3810 Barnegat Dr. had a new roof put on by Douglass Restoration in December of 22. We had her come out to check a skylight leak. She came out promptly and fixed it. She’s also very proffessional.

  The job on my roof was excellent but once they got all the money I was history. They promised a 4 point inspection which I have asked about 3 times now and can't get an answer so all I can say to anybody is make sure they are done before you make your final payment

  I'm so sorry for your experience. We typically don't include 4 point inspections, sometimes we include wind mitigation inspections. However, in both cases they must be performed by a third party. We regret your negative experience and will endeavor to follow through better in the future.

  Thank you to Douglas Restoration. This was a great experience Bo and Crystal were awesome. They were very professional but respectful and caring at the same time. They did great work and went above and beyond. Also thank you to Cyrena. She fit me in and came out to do the initial inspection. She also was very respectful and caring of the work that needed to be done and of my financial situation. She also went above and beyond. I give this company and employees 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!!!!

  Bo and Crystal provided excellent service inspecting our roof for warranty claims on the shingles. They were very respectful of the property and shared insightful information on the shingles and deterioration of the grit. Thanks for the great service and support!!
