  I have started working with Summit Exteriors to fix my house, which was affected by hail damage. They began replacing the roof and received the insurance check (for the complete house repairs), but now they are not responding to my requests to fix the rest of the damages in my house (siding, windows, and garage door). After they received the check from insurance, they have been ghosting me. Called and left messages several times, sometimes they sent a message saying that production will contact me, but it never happened. Updated on 2026-01-27 I am still waiting for the door garage, siding and window replacement to be completed (see pictures), they completed only the roof and gutter replacement. The Summit Exterior is currently holding my remaining balance for these services, and they agreed to return this balance to me so I can hire another contractor to finish the remaining work. This agreement was made on November 17, 2025, with the general manager (Alex) and the owner of Summit Exterior (Andrew). As of today, I am still waiting to receive the check. Their justification is that they need to complete another project before they can release my money. Until I receive the remaining balance, I cannot consider the case closed with Summit or proceed with completing the project. Updated on 2026-05-14 I have finally completed the repair of the hail damage to my house after almost two years—definitely NOT thanks to Summit. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work and pay out of pocket, since the remaining insurance funds are still being held by Summit. I am currently consulting with an attorney to explore the possibility of taking legal action to recover my money. Summit keeps promising a refund, but they have failed to follow through. I am extremely frustrated and tired of dealing with this company. To anyone considering hiring Summit—please think twice before doing business with them. I have heard from several others who read my review and shared similar nega

  We provided photographs to the homeowner showing there was a preexisting indent in the driveway, and still provided a large discount off of the final balance. We purchased brand new flowers and installed them in the flower bed, and did absolutely everything in our power to ensure this homeowner was happy by the time we left the property.

  Horrible company. I had them replaced a complete roof and put a new skylight in . Five years later the skylight is leaking causing damage to the interior. I’ve called , I’ve messaged I’ve texted and no response. I heard they were out of business, but I’m not quite sure about that. They just act like they are.

  Worse company that we chose! To do a full roof. Excuses and fake dates to come and do our roof. Paid the full amount and they were supposed to come a week later with materials, dumpster and it never happened. Took almost 3 months to hear …

  Summit exterior came out to give an estimate, and even said they were willing to work with my price point and “they would get back to me the next day.” They called me the following day and I missed their call, and when we called them back they said they don’t have any info and the person/agent that gave the estimate would have to call again. I got another call later that day only to be told they couldn’t do anything because they service only issues caused by the storms recently. I had told the agent it was a gutter repair issue caused by torrential rainfall and wind gusts of 60 mph during a storm, which was near a power line. This company is a scam, and they only are willing to help customers willing to give them a big pay day and their agents that visit lie to you in person about helping or being able to help. I would rather have someone be upfront with important issues on my home rather than getting a run around and potentially having a larger issue due to waiting on summits lack of communication.   Summit Exteriors was excellent from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and the roof came out perfect. The crew worked fast, cleaned up thoroughly, and the house looks brand new.

  Andrew and team fulfilled every promise they made. We suffered severe hail damage to our property, luckily for us Summit came to the rescue. Once we signed up with them they took care of everything, from that point on I was able to just sit back and watch the work get done. Andrew also worked tirelessly to get our insurance agent to cover everything and he succeeded. Need work done on your roof or siding, Andrew and the team at Summit should be your first and only call!!!!

  Our garage roof turned out just as we wanted. Alex was prompt in doing an inspection and quote for us. Jordan coordinated the work and was a great communicator throughout, one of the best we've worked with. The crew he sent was expert and efficient. We would use Summit Exteriors again.

  Our roof was recently done, the team was very dependable. I was nervous about the entire process, but Andrew came and met with my husband Raye. He kept in touch every step of the way, and to be honest that transparency made me feel at ease.... it snowed before they were able to fully inspect but they promised to come back after the snow clears to inspect and ensure all is well.   We just had our roof finished by summit exteriors. It was a complete tear off and they did a fabulous job. Jonathon was our salesman. He was very upfront about the price, the various products that were available to us, and the choices we had. Jordan was the project manager and came when they first started the roof to make sure that everything was going smoothly. He asked if we had any questions or any concerns and addressed those with professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about not only the company but the products that they work with . Jordan came back the day after the roof was done and went over everything with us. Did a complete walk around. Went up on the roof to check everything to make sure everything was done correctly and addressed any questions we had. We were so pleased with not only the quality of the product but the crew that did the roof. When they completed the roof they did an excellent job of cleaning everything up around the yard and the driveway they made sure every little piece was picked up and cleaned up. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing exterior work done. Working with Jordan was an absolute pleasure and we will definitely contact them again if we need anything else done.
