  Thank you for your comment. Our records from this project nearly 5 years ago show that the contract was with the homeowner, not you, and it includes an unresolved balance for required installation materials. We require all past project balances to be settled by the primary contract holder before scheduling warranty evaluations. This is a response to the person who again is not the homeowner! We always communicate account details through the proper channels to protect our clients' privacy, which is why we do not discuss financial matters over the phone with unverified parties. The complete invoice details were sent directly to your family's representative via email yesterday at her request. Because this project was completed five years ago and has an outstanding balance, the workmanship warranty is no longer active, and we consider this old account settled and closed.

  They did an awesome job getting the job done, but have had problems with leaking. Scott blamed it on a cracked wall, which I took care of. Leaking continued and got worse......no replies from anyone at storm guard.

  This client had stucco siding that had cracks in it. Before we did the roof, we informed the homeowner that he needed to have the cracks in the stucco fixed with some type of sealant or water would still get in behind the flashing.

Every member of the crew was professional, courteous, and did quality work—walking me through every step of the process, from the free inspection and ensuring my questions were answered in detail. The communication was outstanding, and I was kept up-to-date throughout. When it was time for installation, the crew arrived exactly as scheduled, protected my landscaping, completed the job within the projected time, and left my property in good condition.
