  Stop cold calling people. I’m not sure how you even get people’s information or their name/phone number but it’s very unprofessional. As a family who owns a business as well it’s not a very good sales tactic to call people’s phones multiple times who have never even reached out or requested a call for any roofing needs. Especially being someone who doesn’t even own a house and calling to solicit your business. Using several different numbers to call me repeatedly makes me know what business WE WILL NOT USE when the time comes for a new roof.

  I've been cold called twice within one week. After the first time, I asked them to stop / take me off their call list but they didn't. So to Zach or whoever plans to call me next - don't. This behavior is somewhat harassing and predatorial. I've never done business with you, and due to these actions I won't.

  Doing this a second time because my first one "disappeared".. highly unprofessional and rude. cursing at people in Spanish not thinking any of us know Spanish because we had to get out of the house to take the kids to school because they were blocking us in. the supervisor was also extremely rude and hostile telling my elderly mom she couldn't sweep all the debris out of the driveway and that if "something happens to you it ain't my problem" they also ripped up a lot of the landscaping and took over our driveway without asking absolutely would NOT recommend them ever

  Work quickly, shows with substandard outcome. Never fixed siding issues. Took advantage of a senior, disabled veteran on a limited income. Have had a few contractors stop by to inform me of major problems with the way they replaced my roof. Serious water damage could happen to my home. Have not been able to reach anyone to fix it. The roof was put on last year! Supposedly under warranty. If I could do over would not recommend at this time!

  Nicole was AWESOME! She handled everything for us. Nicole worked with our insurance to get our claim submitted, approved and adjusted to meet code. Her communication throughout was amazing even matching my “off” work hours to keep me informed. The crew didn’t just show up on time, they were working at start time. The job was done and meticulously cleaned up on schedule. Nicole did a great job managing from start to finish!

  I worked with 5 Stars Roofing for the replacement of my roof and they did a very good job. Nicole was very helpful at communicating as a liason between me and the insurance company as well as her efforts with the field adjuster. When it came to the work, Nicole was quick to get the materials scheduled for delivery and the work was done in just half a day. I definitely recommend!

  We want to thank Nicole for taking the time to walk us through the roofing process. She explained how house insurance will work in our situation and how she can interface with our insurer. She handled everything for us and was patient with all the questions we had. We were very happy with the roofing crew, they did a great job. The area around our house was clean when they left.   I am extremely impressed with Nicole and the entire team at 5 Stars Roofing. Before meeting Nicole, I had already filed a claim with another roofing company and was only approved for a roof repair. Nicole reviewed everything, took the time to explain the process, and was able to get my claim overturned to a full roof replacement within just a matter of weeks. She was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. She helped me choose my shingle color, assisted with my HOA application, and kept me informed every step of the way. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me through the process and making sure everything was done right. The crew completed the roof in a single day, and the cleanup was so thorough that you would never know a major construction project had taken place. My new roof looks beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I’m especially grateful for Nicole’s help with my insurance claim. Without her knowledge and persistence, I likely would have been paying retail for a new roof. I highly recommend Nicole and 5 Stars Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company that truly goes above and beyond.
