  Update: Now they have forged my Dads signature on a copy of a contract they provided him when he went by the office. He never signed anything and it looks nothing like his handwriting. Again, it’s my property so his name or signature shouldn’t even be on the documents anyways. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Had to get my roof and siding replaced on one side of my house due to the hail storm/tornado several months ago. My dad mainly worked with finding a company for me however they initially convinced him that I would be getting a good deal and a discount if they could place a sign in my yard while working. They went behind my back several times proceeded to and nickel and dime my homeowners insurance company for anything and everything they could get. They added unnecessary charges and at one point were attempting to charge me almost 10k more than what they quoted me when I signed and placed a downpayment (no additional damages were found) The work was decent and they completed the repairs needed however I’d recommend to find an honest company if you’re trying to replace your roof.

Southline Roofing & Exteriors completed all of the work that was detailed on the contract that was signed by your mother. It seems as though there was a great deal of confusion in regards to the change order that occurred as well as what all work was included in her contract. We service hundreds of homeowners in the Charleston area and 99% of our customers report having a great experience with us and our services. If you do not feel like we met you or your mothers expectations we are more than happy to give you a call to discuss what work was included on the contract as well as what the change order entailed.

  I requestet a quote for repair and replacement. The technician came and inspected the roof and told me he would have a quote for me withint 48 hours. After a week, I reached out to the company as I had not recieved the quote and they said I would have it in a couple of days. Then nearly three weeks after the technician came out I recieved the following: "Southline Roofing & Exteriors will be unable to complete an estimate for your home. At this time we are extremely beyond our capacity and do not want to waste anymore of your time."
