This roofing company is absolutely terrible, they flooded my home and are trying to take the cheap route on drying it out. Would not recommend using if you appreciate your home. Because he definitely doesn’t. They will buy harbor freight quality dehumidifiers that they will open in front of you, and set up while asking for help on how to use said equipment. Good luck to any future customers.

Five stars for Brian Poteat and 843 Roof LLC! My original roofer was completely unreachable when I needed crucial paperwork completed for my homeowners insurance. Brian stepped in, inspected my roof’s materials and installation details, and helped me get everything sorted for my insurance Agent. Professional, honest, and highly recommended!

I had a few leaks in my roof right after I remodeled my bathroom and master bedroom. I called Jason at 843 ROOF and he showed up within hours. After a thorough roof inspection, he highly recommended a new roof rather than a bandage. He sent me a quote within a day and even though he knew I had to leave for a long trip within 10 days, his price was extremely reasonable. The entire process was flawless, his crew worked very hard and more than anything Jason was there to make sure everything was done to the highest standards of craftmanship. I work in construction myself and while I see more and more price gouging and poor craftsmanship, it is refreshing to see that they are still people out there who value quality work over profit. From start to finish, the team was responsive, efficient and clean. I don`t have the right words to say how great my experience was with Jason and his team at 843 ROOF. Thanks, from the bottom of my heart for what you did, fitting me in a tight schedule and working to such high level of craftsmanship.

Brian and his team helped me out on short notice with an issue that could have ended up costing me thousands to fix had they not reacted right away. The fix they did was not from their own work, instead they fixed an issue from someone else. They were awesome, and I highly recommend!

Absolutely great experience having a roof replaced. Just make a call, have them give you an estimate, and a few days later, BOOM, new roof. Fantastic guys! Highly recommend them. They are also great for other interior and exterior jobs.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. I contacted 843 with a roof replacement for our rental house in Riverland Terrace. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. We had a smaller job but the quality of work and attention to our project was …

**Outstanding Roofing Company — Highly Recommend!** When you have work done on your home, it’s crucial to have a company you can trust will be true to their word and complete the job in the time frame they promise. **Brian and his team are exactly that kind of company.** From start to finish, the work was **timely, professional, well done, and affordable**. Brian is also great about responding to messages within a reasonable amount of time, which makes the entire process so much easier and less stressful. What I appreciated most was being able to trust that the job would be done right without having to constantly check up on things. They showed up, did what they promised, and delivered quality work at a fair price. That kind of reliability is hard to find these days! If you need a new roof or roof repairs, **look no further — hire Brian and his team!** You can relax knowing your home is in good hands and the job will be taken care of the way it should be. **I highly recommend them!**
