  Came here from a tiktok video I saw about how one of your door knockers was left stranded at his sight with no way to use a restroom and he literally wet his pants while knocking doors. Honestly to me that feels like a company that doesn't take care of their own very well. That's just sad. I feel bad for the guy. His tiktok was theellisname or something. He deserves better. Treat your employees better.

  Hello ma’am. This is Jason, the one who made the video you saw. Thank you so much for your concern. It is genuinely reassuring to know that there are those who care so much for us while we work in the field to help as many people as possible. My social media post intended to convey the humor of the situation. My manager had offered to drive me all the way to my home—a good hour drive. I asked him to help me get to the nearest bus station instead so that he could continue to help others on our team. I would have felt terrible if my circumstance prevented reaching more homeowners. Although the first bus stop was nonfunctional, my manager called when he found out I was walking and insisted on picking me up and finding a bus stop that actually worked. I have been in many industries and experienced many types of managers. None have been as accommodating as those at Roof Ninja Services. Again, thank you for your concern and your willingness to take up a fight when it seemed that there was one. I appreciate it beyond measure. In this case, not only was there no real conflict, but from start to finish my colleagues and managers have been completely warm and supportive we worked through this event together.

  Just got cut off by a driver in this company who bypassed 3 cars waiting on a left turn lane and then went into oncoming traffic to go around and make the same turn in front of us. Absolutely unacceptable and very dangerous! Would not trust someone representing this company if this is how they drive!

  Really aggressive, rude staff. I hate it when 15 different companies ring my doorbell all day long after a storm. Vultures.

  From the very beginning, I was thoroughly impressed by Roof Ninja Services' communication and transparency. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process from start to finish. The quality of their work is absolutely top-notch, and they completed the project right on time. If you want a hassle-free roofing experience, this team is hands down the best!

  Ninja Roof Services did an excellent job! Leif was amazing at starting the project and explaining the process so that we were comfortable and that we knew what was happening. Rob and his team did an excellent job on site with the roof and gutter repairs. They both had good communication, were professional and very respectful. We are very happy with how our old house now looks brand new again. Definitely recommend!

  If I could give this company more stars, I would. Brian, Jason and Josh are AMAZING people and they made it easy for me to get the process completed from Day 1. They made it so easy, I really didn’t have to do anything. They are super knowledgeable, and they walked me thru a lot and explained everything. They knew all the steps the insurance company was gonna take prior to approving it. I would recommend Roof Ninja 100 times if anyone would ask me. Such an amazing crew. Words will never describe all the work they did and how comfortable they made me feel thru the whole process. A+++. Give them a call. I promise you, you will not regret it. They will fight for you. You will never call anyone else once you experience what they provide.

  Jason went way above and beyond what I would expect. Our insurance company was not willing to accept a claim on our home after a hail storm. Jason went back and forth with the claims agent, citing Minnesota laws entitling us to repairs (which they ignored for the longest time). He even went as far to refute their suggested roofing materials since they had been discontinued! This went on for many, many months. Eventually the insurance company relented and not only did we get a new roof for our house but for our garage as well! Thank you Jason for your expertise, patience and relentless pursuit for the good of our home!

  This is one of the best companies I have delt with about replacing my roof. Justin G. was very professional and knowledgeable about the company, products and services. He worked with the insurance adjuster and pointed out all of the issues and damage. This played an important part to help with the decision of the insurance company. The work was of the highest quality and done right. I would highly recommend Roof Ninja for an roofing, trim or gutter work. Everyone I communicated with from Roof Ninja was very professional. I'm glad Justin knocked on my door.

  Insurance is a terrible game these days, everything is always about profit! Roof Ninja helped us go from this response from our insurance to a fully covered roof (minus our deductible). Together with Clarion Claims Group public adjuster, we went from this message from our insurance agent to this: " As the damages are below the deductible, the claim is closed. We have no obligation to review, approve, or deny a scope that falls below the deductible. This is between you and the customer. Thank you " " Good Morning- We have agreed to a full roof replacement. The estimate is attached; the first payment is made out ... and is mailed to Clarion." It is very difficult to trust companies these days but I can tell you that Roof Ninja took great care of us and our house. After going back and forth with insurance for about 3 mos, once approved, Roof Ninja had the guys out to our house within 2 weeks and the project finished in a day and a half (since we requested they stop work by 7:30pm due to our child's early bedtime). They were on time and professional. I'm so thankful to Roof Ninja and especially Josh for his expertise with public assessors. I took a leap of faith to trust them and they did not steer me wrong and were honest with me throughout the process. This is an ethical business. I always find actions speak louder than words and I'm happy to report that I was not disappointed!

  Need a new roof and gutters. They haven't done any work yet, so I'm not reviewing that. Only reviewing my walk thru, insurance estimate, and initial discussion. They are currently on my roof making an estimate. Showed up right on time for the scheduled appointment. Justin, and I believe, David explained all of my insurance info to me line by line. They answered my many questions patiently. They seem knowledgeable about all of the things regarding insurance and the scope of work. No weird vibes. No big hurry for me to send them all of my money. So, far they have been great to work with, even if it is just the initial discussions. Really stress free. Haven't hired them yet, but they are on my list of 2. Giving 4 stars because I haven't seen their finished work. Will update...

  If you are struggling with an insurance claim, look no further than Jason Kennedy at Roof Ninja Services. I cannot recommend them enough. We found ourselves in a nightmare scenario with our insurance company—facing wrongful denials and a massive discrepancy between what they were willing to cover and the actual damage to our home. After 10 years of loyalty to my insurance provider, I was disheartened to find they were not acting in good faith. I was so confused by the conflicting information that I actually called Jason to ask who was lying to me. He remained professional, patient, and firm, and he turned out to be 100% right. Jason and the Roof Ninja team handled the heavy lifting, including complex communication with the insurance company and fighting for supplemental adjustments. They identified over $10,000 in damages that the insurance company completely missed on the initial inspection. Ultimately, because of their expertise and persistence, our claim went from a measly $3,000 offer to $18,000, and our roof is now fully covered. They took the stress off our shoulders and ensured we were treated fairly. If you want a team that actually fights for you and knows the "insurance game" inside and out, hire Roof Ninja.

  Great company! The communication was absolutely the best. They were available for questions when I needed and were contacting me with updates regularly.
