  Mark, I’m very sorry your second experience with us fell so far short of expectations after your positive first job. The delays, lack of follow-through from our estimator David, incorrect invoicing, crews that damaged plants and left nails, repeated siding callbacks, and rude behavior from our staff are unacceptable and I apologize. We will investigate what happened, take corrective action with the team, and implement process and training changes to prevent this from happening again. I have asked owner John to personally ensure you receive your receipt, lien waiver, warranty, and a final site inspection within 48 hours and our office will contact you today to confirm.   I contacted Stonebridge for a quote to replace my entire roof, they started the process with over a $10,000 down payment. It is Wednesday October 22 and I am still on completion. The materials that I pay for in the contract are now damaged material I was charged for and is in my front yard, which degree my property reached out to the company to speak to a project manager he’s in the field. I’m awaiting his return phone call. Part 2 is coming soon.

  Absolutely horrible communication. I called about a leaky roof near a skylight, and they scheduled me for the next morning, great. But it was all downhill from there. NON ONE SHOWED UP to inspect or fix my roof. I called the office, and the secretary said she would call around to see if he was still coming and then she would call me back. She never called me back. So I had to call her again and find out that no one was coming to my house. It’s unbelievable that they would decide to not show up and not even tell me.

  BEWARE of this Company and Michael J. He threatens people to remove bad reviews, and he has been doing everything to have my reviews removed. Ignored my lawyer until I spoke up and out and went public – paid to have another review of mine removed. His only concern is sales & commission. Left 6,000 lbs of materials in one small spot on my roof for days. I called & said I heard cracking & popping & he ignored me. Fast forward 4 days later & his company had to come at midnight to move all the materials from that one spot. Michael J. stood in my living room with his associates and the supply company, looked me in my eyes, and said: â if your roof falls in over the weekend, don’t t call me, call him (on camera)! WTH, your company hired them, and I told you something was wrong. I had to hire a structural engineer, come to find out they caused major damage. Michael J. told me NOT to tell my insurance company, sneaky (caught on camera), told me to get my own engineer because Roof Depots (the supply co) report wasn't trustworthy (caught on audio), also tried to get me to sign a waiver so his company who I have the contract with wouldn't be liable - that's not how things go. Offered me $1k to sign when they've caused over $43k in damages. This two-day project started in Oct 2019 and we are in a whole new year. I've only been in St. Louis to deal with my Mothers passing and handle her home and they have made this hurtful time 1,000 times harder for me. It's affecting my health (mentally and physically) and has substantially affected my pockets via having to hire other professionals and losing time away from work because I have had to be in St, Louis to deal with their mess + I can't sell the home now due to the damage they have caused. Sneaky, immoral, untrustworthy - DON'T DO IT. This company/Michael J. has NO integrity and only uses seasonal Mexican workers (see reviews from others) & it doesn't appear they treat them well either. He wants me to be quiet but I won’t, not unt

  Recommended by my insurance company. Staff came out and did very thorough inspection, looked at all shingles, plywood, etc. Was honest about condition. Would reccommend.

  Luke diagnosed the issue with my unique metal roof and Brian did the repair. Communication throughout the process was excellent. While mine was a small job, I would recommend Stonebridge for their skill and honesty.

  Luke was awesome. Took care of all the details dealing with the insurance, explaining what would be done and very helpful overall. We had siding and gutters replaced. Both went smoothly. A great experience!

  We had a storm in St. Louis recently roll through and our commercial building sprouted a leak in one of the worst areas. John called me back within minutes of me leaving him a message and got somebody out to our location immediately! They came out, tarped it off, fixed the problem and by the end of the day their were no problems left at all. I can't recommend them enough or speak higher of their customer service, response rate, and the overall quality of their work. If you are in need of any roofing maintenance or service, do yourself a favor and call Stonebridge so your roof is never something you have to worry about again!

  Stonebridge Roofing did a beautiful job of replacing our roof and they made the process of doing so easy to navigate. Their team showed up early, worked fast and diligently, and were done and cleaning up by early afternoon. I was amazed. They left the site neat as a pin.

  They have a great estimation tool on the mobile website that was very accurate. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Their communication was good, I had good, helpful interactions with office, field personnel, and their contractors that perform the installation. I opted for the upgrade they offered to a Class 4 shingle that should withstand the weather better and is saving me about 10% on insurance. They only just completed the work, but so far so good, installation and cleanup looks good, and I expect they will stand by the warranty if I need service. They recommended solar powered vents, which I hope will improve the ventilation. They sent the lien waiver and receipt right away after I paid the balance. Highly recommend.
