  Save yourself the headache. I contracted with them in May 2025 to repair hail damage to my house. They cut a piece of siding off the front of my house A YEAR AGO to do a color match, then lost it. Despite numerous phone calls, texts and emails, it still has not been repaired.

  Would not recommend. Took all of our insurance money and still ended up with a broken roof even after they “replaced” it. Interior water damage from improper installation. Quote initially came in at almost $6000 lower than what the actual price was so that was misdirection.

  They did a good a job on the roof. Ghosted me for the rest of the work on the house. Has not responded to any emails. Broke siding on the back of the house when doing the roof and no final walk through.

  Hired them after the tornado in March. Dan and Kevin came to our door wanted to do our roof and said they will be with is every step of the way through all this. The roof went OK, except for coming home after work and a full dumster still in my driveway, blocking me from getting in my garage. We called kevin and he said oh they will have to get it tomorrow. We sat with Kevin for hours talking about roof, siding, fence, deck, doors and windows and if they did that type of work. Kevin was on the phone speaking with Dan about these jobs and asking if they had someone who could do the siding, deck and fence. We were reassured they did. We got very little follow up from Kevin for and had to contact him to see what was happening. We were told that it's being addressed and he will send the information and quotes to our insurance. This was a process to get him to do these things. We were told that they would fight for us with our insurance. Never happened. After many attempts to try and get Kevin to respond and get things over to our insurance, we ask to speak with his boss. We then get Shawn and again was reassured that he would follow up on things and contact us. Heard back one time to be informed that he had a family issue come up and past us to his boss, Josh. We spoke with Josh and explained everything and was told by Shawn that he forward things to Josh. We then find out that they don't do decks and the guy they sent to contract the deck to, Shawn didn't know who he was. There's so much to what we've been through with this company and how they handled our claim that it rendered our chances of getting any further help from our insurance. We wasted 2 months on moving forward on our repairs because they told us they can handle it and now we still haven't heard back from Josh. Wouldn't recommend do to lack of follow up and false information. Oh and we still have the color swatch thing for siding because we haven't seen Kevin since the roof. Was also told by Kevin when t

  I haven't had a worse experience with a contractor and have never written a review but this needs written...had a total roof and gutter replacement by these guys and had to have them out 4 times for problems..1st was they only installed 2 screws on my antenna mount which started to lean in a wind..2nd huge dent in the gutter guard they installed, came out and said it was fixed...it was better but not fixed and they used hex screws on the roof deck under the shingles....3rd time they installed new gutter apron however they installed that on top of the ice dam and tore some starter shingles prying up on the shingles..which could lead to damage, during this repair I was present and saw they didn't install the ice dam on a stretch of roofing...resulting in im praying the final appearance... 4th time removing a section of new shingles so that the ice dam could be properly installed as was supposed to have been done from the beginning... Nice people but dang... don't worry they offered me 100 dollars off for the hassle

  Jeremiah was great to work with! With rain moving in, he came out a day early to take care of our roof, which we really appreciated. He was professional, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Jeremiah!

  Needed not just my roof fixed but I needed someone I could trust. Project Manager Jeremiah was with us from start to finish. Professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He went above and beyond when working with our claims adjuster. At every step we were in constant communication. Issues, when discovered, were quickly and effectively squared away. The crews for the roof and the gutters represented their teams and Shamrock in the most positive of light. I do have to say the work that was done on my home (A Veteran's Home) has increased the value of my home greatly! They repaired our home like it was there home. (REAL PEOPLE) Give them a call and you will see for yourself.

  Shamrock recently replaced our roof and gutters due to storm damage. Jeremiah Graziano was the company representative that contacted us. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable about his trade, prompt and NOT pushy at all. The process from material drop off to site clean up after the job was completed went just as Jeremiah said it would. NO SURPRISES!! We were also impressed with his crew. True tradesman who arrived on time and stayed busy until the job was done. I had heard about roofing companies doing a poor clean up job and having to pick up nails and other debris. When the crew was done the only evidence that they had been there was the beautiful new roof and gutters. Thank you so much Jeremiah, his crew and Shamrock Roofing for delivering the service as promised at the price promised.

  Patrick supinski came and did my free inspection. He walked me through what there processes was step by step. It was painless quick and easy. Just waiting on the landlord to finish I would most definitely recommend using these guys if you need something done
