It is concerning when professionals do not take responsibility for their actions or take pride in their work. Unfortunately, this reflects the level of maturity and professionalism I experienced with Crown Exteriors. …

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a company. My home was damaged by a hail storm in March of 2025 and I am STILL working with them to repair mistakes they made when replacing my vinyl siding. First, they replaced my roof in the summer of 2025. They dropped multiple nails and shingles into my pool and the surrounding pool patio, got roofing tar all over the existing siding, pool cabinets, pool patio concrete and hot tub cover/walls, and damaged the soffit over the garage. I had to hire a pool company to vacuum the pool and I had to run my own magnetic nail catcher through the yard and still pulled up handfuls of nails even after they "cleaned up." It took me months and months to get them to replace the damaged soffit. The vinyl siding was replaced a few months ago and I am still waiting for them to fix a number of things that have been pointed out three times now; crooked and bulging pieces of siding, rough cut and crooked edges, cracked window trim, cracked electrical outlet and they left multiple pieces of vinyl siding and nails all over my back patio where people and pets walk. Furthermore, they removed the electrical box supplying power to the hot tub to replace the siding in that area and did not properly reinstall the circuit breaker, leaving the hot tub unpowered in the middle of winter, putting the hot tub plumbing at risk of freezing and cracking......TWICE NOW. The electrical box was reinstalled crooked with no hardware to mount it to the siding either. The project manager disappears for weeks and months and only provides updates when I ask about them. I have had to use two days of paid vacation to stay home and point out there mistakes, only to have to call them back multiple times to fix things they just ignore. See the attached photos for evidence of their work. Steer clear of these guys, they hire the worst crews that are going to speed through the job and then leave you hanging when you need it fixed. **UPDATE** After posting a

Took two years to complete, I had to talk to insurance in order to fight for a full replacement. The lack of communication with with both insurance and myself was nearly non existent. Once work was complete other part of the soffits were damaged. They did come out and power wash but didn’t remove all the damage. I won’t use again. The fact that you respond to reviews on here that all can see within hours, but when it’s contacting the company directly there is no response speaks loudly, good luck with your business…

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Insurance-related projects can unfortunately take longer than anticipated due to factors outside of our direct control, but we understand how frustrating that can be and acknowledge that communication should always remain clear throughout the process. Regarding the soffit concerns, our team did return to address the issue, and we regret that the resolution did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and follow-up processes moving forward.

I had the unfortunate experience dealing with Crown Exteriors who was hired by the buyer of my home to repair hail damage as part of the sale agreement. I did not choose this company, nor would I have, particularly after dealing with Keith Stratman. After the roof was completed, a minor insurance reconciliation issue of about $223 came up. Rather than cooperating with the insurer by sending a simple notification or explanation, or even helping resolve the situation, Keith refused to engage in any way and took an unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive approach. To resolve the matter, I chose to absorb the difference. This good-faith business interaction turned into an unprofessional nightmare. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism and unwillingness to work collaboratively left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this company, and if you do find yourself needing to work with them, I would strongly advise avoiding Keith Stratman.

This company does not stand behind their work — only a 2-year warranty on workmanship! And I’m extremely frustrated with their lack of integrity. …

Was less than impressed. I had a connection to them and thought they'd be thorough from start to finish but alas they did so so work. One sub fell thru the roof into a bedroom. I felt the flashing around the chimney wasn't up to snuff and they send some guy "who's been doing roofs for 30 years" and he said there wasn't anything wrong with the finished product. Brought another roofer out to inspected and he had to improve the chimney flashing. He had also found a soft spot in the roof and we had instructed Crown that IF ANY boards were soft or even a close call we'd have paid for the replacement....didn't happen. When it's your roof, have high expectations for the contractor you choose. Just don't expect it here.

I am very happy with my experience with Crowne Exteriors and particularly with Drew Krueger. His attention to detail and willingness to go to the extra mile were a welcome change to my dealings with previous contractors. I needed other work done as well (soffit and facia), so the one stop shopping was an added convenience. I have been a real estate investor for the past 33 years so I have lots of experience. The inescapable truth is that any job this large will have hiccups, but the thing that distinguished Drew was the prompt, thorough and completely professional way he followed up and rectified it. They stand behind their work and don’t quit until you’re satisfied.

Austin came out and gave us a fair assessment of our roof damages. He had a quote to us promptly after meeting and they did a great job getting our roof on within a timely manner. Would 100% recommend crown exteriors and ask for Austin as your project manager!!

Kirk and Austin and their team refreshed our siding after also doing in our roof in 2024. Professional, and courteous along with the quality of their work are the reason Crown is the best in the business! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Crown Exteriors is a great company, very professional and prompt , Brandon who came out to do the repairs was phenomenal. Had a guy come out 3 times from another company to fix a leak over an 2 year period and never accomplished it. Brandon found the leak first try and was finally fixed properly. Will for sure use again in the future!
