  These people keep coming into a gated community with signs posted at every gate the clearly states “private gate no trespassing no soliciting.” When called to tell them they can’t be out here they told me that had a permit. Well permits don not over ride a no trespassing sign. He told me “oh yeah? See ya out there.” Very rude. Very unprofessional and they don’t care about community guidelines. I called the county and they agreed with me. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Yes, but the inside part of the bathroom remained unrepaired. The person who came to fix it told me to call and they would come back. When I called, the people who do the repairs didn't answer; instead, his wife answered, and she very rudely told me that they wouldn't be coming back and that we had damaged that part ourselves. How are we going to do that to our own roof and the area where the kitchen is located? Water is still leaking in there too, and they haven't contacted me at all. I've been persistently calling the number of the person who came here last time, and I haven't received any response from them. The fault for this being wrong is not mine because you know perfectly well that when they did the work, they couldn't work properly because the weather was bad, and you knew it would have consequences.

After reviewing your project history, we did return for multiple inspections and made repairs related to the original roof issue, which was successfully resolved. The later bathroom concern came from a separate pipe flashing that had been crushed after our installation. Our technician showed photos during the visit explaining why that interior repair was not covered under roofing warranty, but it’s clear there was still confusion, and for that we apologize. We also attempted several follow-up calls without receiving a response, so it’s possible we missed each other. We would truly like to help bring this to a resolution.   I was very unhappy with the service provided by Prrotect Roofing. Once I accepted their bid and paid a 50% deposit it took a long time for them to actually come to our home to start the work and required me to follow up with them multiple times. The team they sent out to complete the work only completed two of the four items on the statement of work and left without communicating with me at all. We hired Prrotect Roofing to help address spots that were causing leaks, so we were really hoping to hear from them regarding what they were seeing and if they feel like what they did addressed the leaks. I requested someone come out to complete the additional work and again it took many weeks and me following up many times. The second time they came out they again did not communicate with me when the work was complete, so I have very low confidence in what was done.

  I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. I originally worked with Tim, the owner, who promised to help with my deductible. He told me I wouldn’t have to pay it, saying he would remove certain items from the job to make that happen. Instead, he never completed all the agreed-upon work but still charged me for everything—and claimed to my insurance company that the work was done. When I questioned this, he accused me of attempting insurance fraud. This was especially absurd because it was his idea not to fix a window or soffit so my deductible would be waived. In the end, that work still wasn’t done, and I still paid my deductible. He also promised to work directly with the insurance company on my behalf, but that never happened. Communication was chaotic—multiple people from his company contacted me, but Tim had no idea what was happening in his own business. He even admitted as much. The entire process took over five months to finalize. They added items without my approval—despite their contract requiring it—and expected me to pay for them. I was home the entire time they installed the roof, but no one consulted me about changes. The final straw was Tim yelling at me over the phone, even though I never once raised my voice. The whole experience was awful: unprofessional, misleading, and money-driven. Buyer beware—take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to a friend, neighbor, or even someone I dislike. I’ve reported them to the BBB. Truly terrible service.

  Got a free foot inspection done by Tim. He called me while on the roof and gave me all the information I needed and followed up with substantial pictures and a written recommendation. Very friendly and professional!

  Tim came out to inspect my roof. He was on time, he was quick, but thorough, very professional and friendly. He gave me an honest assessment and followed up with me, as he said he would, shortly after to provide additional information.
