  My experience with Brody Allen was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. When I signed the contract for Siding installation,I paid half of the total bid as a deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion of the job. Unfortunately, the work was not completed as agreed. The workmanship and finishing quality were very poor, and several parts of the job were left incomplete. Whenever I raised concerns or requested corrections, I felt they were not properly addressed. Communication was frustrating, and it was difficult to get the company to resolve the issues or stand behind their work. If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly encourage you to think carefully. Based on my personal experience, I regret choosing them and would not use their services again. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

  AVOID this company! Great up front but once the work starts it goes downhill fast. Crew was nice, but damaged our deck and window screen. Also left behind a residue during the roofing job that we were told would “wash off”. Nope, stained our siding and deck. The company did reimburse for damage to decking and screen. Nothing for the damage to siding which will be the most expensive clean up/repair. I would recommend looking elsewhere for exterior home improvement work.

Ridgeline is the parent company and provides operational support, but it does not replace the local management or day-to-day operations. We stand behind both companies and the work being done.   Bad experience with one of their roof specialist. After the storms a few weeks ago this person left their card to inspect and repair my roof damage. I called and they would say there coming out but never did. This went on for 5 days straight never communicated with me. I had to call this person multiple times to see if they were going to show or not. Finally called the office and they had no record of me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service!

  We had extensive hail damage from the storm in April in the St. Louis area. Mike Knabe was in our neighborhood and stopped by and we’re sure glad he did! We couldn’t happier! Mike worked with State Farm and got us approved. The crew came out early and got the job done the same day – and the yard looked better than when they arrived!!! Highly recommend Brody Allen and Mike Knabe – they did a fantastic job!

  Just starting the process of getting our roof replaced. Tom Bendyk is fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of everyone involved. A real pleasure to work with Tom in assisting us with our insurance claim. He went the extra mile providing documentation needed and personally saw it thru. Highly recommend Tom and Brody Allen 😊 Tom is the reason we will have Brody Allen replace our roof.

  Brody Allen did an excellent job of installing a new roof on 8/13/26. Nick Clark, Project Supervisor, oversaw the installation team to insure everything was done correctly, the yards were clear and free of nails, and the trailer was hauled away. The team was at my house at 6:15 am and finished at 11:15. They did a great job. Very efficient. Cleaned up all the debris and swept the yards with magnets to pick up nails. I think you'll be very happy with their work if you have them install your roof.

  I have known Nick since we were kids. He’s always been an extremely hard worker and strives to do the best at whatever he puts his mind to. If you need a new roof you would be blessed to work with Nick. He will always go the extra mile for you, it’s just in his nature, it’s who he is.

  I can’t express how grateful I was to have been able to work with Ethan Jones with Brody Allen. There was a recent storm that came through my town and did a lot of damage to many homes. Mine being one of them. Ethan helped me with my insurance claim, met with my insurance adjustor and I when my home was being evaluated and not to mention the many calls and questions from me that he promptly addressed. Contacts and updates were always provided with when deliveries were being made and work would be done to my home. Again, thank you Ethan for making this process easier and not as stressful as it could have been. Also, thank you to all the administrative staff that helped behind the scenes. I would highly recommend Brody Allen, Ethan Jones, to my family and friends.
