  I was so hopeful about this company. Had a couple of small leaks in my roof. My insurance company would not insure anymore, so broke down and called BH roofing. In my opinion, they rushed the job to complete in 1 day. Got homeowners insurance and they canceled policy noticing loose shingles,. I also after installation had a leak in my kitchen and upstairs bathroom, where it had previously leaked. Sheetrock has fallen, shingles are falling off, and there is no rush to fix these issues. Update..I was contacted and the company is working to resolve the problems.

The leak over the bathroom is beneath a metal awning that was also not part of the installation. We water-tested this area twice and were unable to replicate any leak. Despite this, we’ve returned to your home multiple times to address concerns, repaired damaged shingles and repaired the mansard roof and above the bathroom—which was not part of our original contract. We also want to note that we’ve not collected final payment, in line with our commitment to resolving your concerns first.   Sorry to disagree with everyone else but I did not have a good experience with them. Had a hole about a foot long in my soffit with a bird nest in it. I went to try and fix it and realized the decking was completely rotten and I had a hole in my shingles at the rotten decking. Called BH and Matthew came out and inspected everything then quoted me $850 for the repair. I signed the contract and they came out a few days later to do the repairs. They were only there about an hour and a half and spent at most $20 on materials then left without sating anything. I went to check the work and saw that the soffit was not fixed so I figured they were coming back. I called to ask when and was told the work was completed and that the soffit was not part of the contract!! The soffit was my fist concern and what I showed Matthew first..I have no idea why the soffit wasn't included. When I called to complain I was sent pictures of the completed roof..I then texted back and said I know the roof was fixed but not the soffit and I received no further response except for the $850 bill. I need my roof redone in a year or 2 but I will definitely be calling someone else!!

  I had a great experience with BH Roofing, particularly working with Matthew. He was responsive, professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and explain what he was seeing. He also provided a detailed report with photos documenting his findings, which was extremely helpful. Matthew has been easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. Really appreciate the level of service and would definitely recommend BH Roofing based on my experience.

  Had a full roof replacement in April with BH ... 5 stars start to finish. Post install I noted some concerns with the patio cover rolled roofing portion of the job and they quickly addressed the concern and returned promptly. We had the roof done to help the home sell quickly, and the home buyers inspector noted a few very minor issues with the install and again BH came back out and made those updates. Andrea in the office and Matt in the field were great, but Andrea is the star. Very good with communication and follow through. Highly recommend.

  6/22/26 Update - Once again I highly recommend BH Roofing. We had them come out again to investigate potential roof damage. Bobby and Matthew were incredibly responsive from the start and quickly came out to inspect an issue with our roof. What really set them apart was the thoroughness of their inspection and documentation. They provided detailed photos, videos, and a comprehensive report that clearly identified the problem and its cause. Their documentation was so well done that we were able to present it to our original home builder, who ultimately accepted responsibility and paid for the repairs and resulting damages. Bobby and Matthew were professional, knowledgeable, and great communicators throughout the entire process. If you need an honest roofing company that stands behind its work and provides exceptional service, BH Roofing is the company to call. Bobby and BH Roofing are truly the best. They completed our roof faster than expected in one day with better than expected quality. Will definitely use them every time in the future and recommend to all my family and friends.
