Completely unprofessional. Came to the house to give a roof repair estimate. Still no estimate more than a week later even though he pretends to be working on it. Hung up the phone on us. If he's too busy to do a simple job then he shouldn't agree to give an estimate in the first place.

Hey Alex I'm sorry you feel that way. As I told you we have a lot of estimates right now and you're not the only person. It has not been over a week and you asked me to do a repair estimate, a roof estimate, and a siding estimate (which is more work than the rest of them and takes time). I'm sorry we couldn't meet the demands of you and your boyfriend. I didn't hang up on you. I told you as you were yelling at me that this didn't seem like a fit for us and not a job we'd be willing to take on. Good luck on your repair, I hope everything works out for you and sorry you feel the way you do. We strive to help the Customer by providing high quality customer service as well as helping them thoroughly understand a project and what is needed.
