Needed a patch in my roof from where some racoons took advantage of some wood rot from where previous roofer didn't put flashing. They came out and repaired the hole. Fixed the flashing and replaced some rotted facia boards. They were nice, promt and beat everyone else's price. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the great review! We’re glad we could help repair the damage, correct the flashing, and replace the rotted fascia to get everything sealed up properly. It means a lot to hear that you found our team prompt, friendly, and competitively priced. We truly appreciate the recommendation and are here anytime you need us in the future!

Dan from Standard was incredibly helpful with my project. I needed some structural carpentry in my attic where there was a split rafter and I also needed a larger opening cut to connect two different parts of my attic. They got me on the schedule quickly and did a great job on the work. Would definitely recommend!

Structural work like that can make a big difference, and we truly appreciate your trust and recommendation. Thanks again for choosing Standard Roofing & Restoration!

Thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful and detailed review! It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Lake Homeowners Association over the past two years. We’re honored to have earned your trust on both phases of the project, from the initial siding, gutter, and attic venting work in 2023 to the full re-siding of the second building this spring. Jeff and our entire team take great pride in delivering not just high-quality craftsmanship, but also a smooth and responsive experience, especially when working in multi-home communities. Your recognition of our crews’ professionalism, adaptability, and commitment means the world to us. We know renovation projects can be disruptive, so we truly appreciate the partnership and communication from your board and residents throughout the process. We're thrilled you’re happy with the transformation, and we look forward to being a continued resource for your community. Thank you again for the kind words and the opportunity to bring your property vision to life!
