  There was a lack of communication and follow through that led to problems with the project. This way of doing business basically makes the warranties worthless. I won't go back to this company for any more work.

  Nothing but trouble with this company. Ordered 9/9/2025. It is now 1/13/2025. Workers came 3 days in Nov. They failed to install kick plate at back door, and failed to install master blocks around one electrical outlet and doorbell (so cannot use). Kick plate was later installed, but not master blocks, even though they have sent people out several times (and once told me it had been done--I was sick and unable to check). The worst thing is that the color is not as shown on the manufacturer's website (Norandex Cedar Knolls, "Cactus"). It is grey, not green. It also does not match the mock-up Infinity sent me via email so I could see what it looked like on my house. They did not have a siding sample on their wall when I went to pay my deposit (they had lots of others). The house looks terrible. They have sent different people out to look at the color on at least 4 occasions. They say it doesn't matter what the color looks like on the website or mock-up, the one the put on is called 'Cactus'. Today they came out and then called to tell me they were going

The siding installed on your home is Norandex Cedar Knolls in the color “Cactus,” exactly as specified in the signed contract and selected at the time of sale, and this was also confirmed on site by a Norandex manufacturer’s representative using a physical color sample. As noted by Norandex, “Cactus” is a green with gray undertones, and its appearance can vary based on lighting, surroundings, and screen displays, with online images serving as visual references rather than exact representations; the installed siding closely matches both the manufacturer’s physical sample and the original project rendering. If Google allowed for it, we would share side by side photos of your home, the project rendering, and the manufacturer’s sample directly here, but since that is not possible, we will be emailing all three images to you for clear confirmation that they align. Despite the correct product being installed, we made several good faith offers on January 13, 2026, to address your dissatisfaction, including a complimentary board and batten accent on the front of the home using Norandex provided materials, a $500 courtesy discount offered by the Norandex representative, or completion of the project as contracted, all of which were declined. Regarding the remaining punch list items, we met with you on site on January 12, 2026, confirmed that Bob would return to address the outstanding items, and the following day sent our in house service technician to complete the punch list, which had been temporarily paused due to the color dispute rather than any refusal to complete the work, and we were on site and prepared to finish the remaining items the same day this review was posted. While we do not wish for this matter to escalate, because the correct materials and color were installed per the signed contract and the project has

  We did a whole house makeover with new windows, siding, fascia, gutters, soffit and shingles. I am torn writing this review because I think the people at Infinity do care about their customers and final product. But from my experience with Infinity the negatives far outweigh the positives. They subcontract all their work; the Infinity Project Managers are overloaded and way too busy to keep an eye on their subcontractor’s quality of work. The homeowner ends up being the quality control, I found out it was a must for me to be present and actively viewing what was being done. I lost countless hours of work trying to keep up with the poor quality and errors. Every part of the project had errors and poor quality (that I caught) which ranged from installation of damaged shingles, poorly laid out eave starting shingles, short ordering special order siding, virtually no regard for water penetration where different materials met, poorly laid out siding heights, an interior window trim system that was a disaster, poor fitting window screens and mis ordered screen door. The siding installation from the 1st installer was extremely poor and after (2) installation attempts I asked for a different crew (again subcontractor). It became very clear throughout this process that they hire sub-par and most likely the cheapest priced subcontractors, then hope they do a decent job with no supervision, and the homeowner accepts the poor quality. If I had not brought up the issues, I highly doubt Infinity would have changed anything. Bringing up quality issues to the Project Manager (Nick) was useless. He would take a picture then leave with no communication, only to have the crew show up the next day and keep right on going without addressing anything. Even after the rework on all these items the quality was just okay at best. In the end I just gave up and after months of dealing with this we just wanted to be done. I explicitly stressed to Anthony when I signed the contract that I was lo

It is clear that we fell short of the level of communication, support, and craftsmanship that Infinity Exteriors stands for, and as the Madison Branch Manager, I want you to know that we take full responsibility for that. We understand how difficult it is to feel unheard or unsupported, especially during a project of this size, and that is never the experience we want for our homeowners. We should have communicated more clearly, followed through more consistently, and addressed concerns more proactively. Your project was one of the first where we implemented ProVia’s MasterFit system for interior trim, and unfortunately the results did not meet our standards or yours; while correcting the trim using our traditional cut-to-fit method was the right decision, we should have been far more transparent throughout that process. Although we are glad we were able to connect recently and fulfill all original commitments from the sales process, we recognize that completing the work does not erase the inconvenience you experienced. Please know your experience truly matters to us, the Mallards tickets are still on the board for spring or summer, and we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to walk the property with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations.   After weeks of conversations through email, phone calls and the physical inspection, I was given a contract to replace my roof and both parties signed. We agreed on a date for the contractors to begin work but a couple of days out from the start date, they wanted to change the contract by almost doubling the cost because I was quoted wrong, even though I had repeatedly asked for confirmation before both parties signed the contract, I was told every time that the contract is correct. I would not recommend these people unless you like to waste your time and play games.

  We had our roof and siding done after a hail storm in 2022. After a few months we decided to have our roof inspected and there were a few problems brought to our attention. Holes that were caulked over and shingles that were lifting. Our siding also was falling off in places and warping. We submitted a claim, got a phone call that someone would reach out. A few weeks went by and nothing. We reached out to our contractor and he came out and looked at the issues and said it would all get taken care of in March. March has came and went, I contacted the contractor at the beginning of April and he claimed everything was ordered and should be in later that week. Here we are May 11th and we haven't heard a thing. Communication has been lacking and the quality of install was poor

  So far working with Infinity Exteriors of Madison has been Great. Our Sales person Josh Thao has been a joy to work with. He did a great job explaining everything to us. We had an insurance claim due to the hail damage from a storm. We had our coverage estimate from our adjuster. Josh pointed out a few things that the adjuster missed. He was also great at explaining the differences in the material selections for our roofing and siding. Provided us a fairly accurate guess as to when the work might be done (which given the estimated nearly 100,000 homes that were damaged). He's kept us informed every step of the way. The Roofing crew was out and or foremen worked closely without to inform us what we needed to do. Crew was in an out in a day. Everything looked great. I would recommend Infinity to friends and family.

  The process with Infinity Exteriors company was straightforward and professional from start to finish. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Our sales rep, Jon, was direct about the necessary work and provided a clear, upfront cost breakdown. Communication was consistent throughout, including clear pre-installation instructions to help us prepare. On the day of the job, our project manager, Jason, kept everything on schedule and sent us progress photos that were really interesting to see.   We had a good project. Scott A. and Isaac T. answered our questions and moved our roofing project along smoothly. The company took the time to know what was needed, what we wanted and gave us great options to choose from. There were some communication gaps regarding our solar panels that led to delays in the panel reinstall - but overall it was a much better than I could have hoped. Thanks Infinity.

  We were one of the legion of hailstorm-induced roof replacements in Madison this summer, and we were very happy with the work Infinity did and the way they did it. Josh was our first point of contact: he was great to work with and very helpful in negotiating with the insurance company on coverage. Jason was our on-site project manager, and he also did a great job. He was very helpful and communicative before, during and after the day and a half of roof replacement work. I also appreciated that he and the company made the call to hold off on replacing the roof during a few days of extreme heat, and that they didn't compel the crew to get up on the 3rd story of our house when it wasn't safe to be up there. We would use Infinity for a roof replacement again, and highly recommend them to others for the same.

  It's not a great picture, I should take more. I got my whole roof and gutters done by Infinity! It was a great price for my small house. Every inspection has told me 2 to 3 years, so it was needing attention. One point that swung to infinity was their manufacturer and builder warranty! Thank you to Anthony Read, Isaac, and Julia on making this all so simple. The roofing was all done in one day for me. Actually about 5 hours, but I'm a smaller house.😅 They covered my tree and ensured everything was cleaned up. I noticed the attention to detail as they cleaned my neighbors driveway that got some of it! Fabulous work! -above, roof 2024 Below, siding 2026 Just an update A hail and wind storm caused some siding damage. When my insurance approved the claim I work with the company I know. You can see the work from some pictures. It was great working with them.

Dustin was very thorough and explained each step of the process so we understood what was going to happen. All the parts of the project were comprised in a timely fashion.   Our Experience with Infinity Exteriors was everything we expected from them. From the office people that took our first call after having hail damage to our home, to Ben (our Project Advisor), to Jason and his team that completed the roofing.   I had Anthony from Infinity Exteriors come and give me a quote from recent hail damage to my home. He was excellent! He spent a great amount of time explaining the insurance quote, how the repairs will be implemented and the quality of Infinity craftsmanship.
