  Asked three times for an estimate for a new roof after an inspection was done and still nothing.

  Frustrating experience. Called for a leaking roof. Contractor was certain it was caused by the chimney. They replaced the chimney flashing, and did an ok job. I found loose nails and shingles after completion and they tried to bill the incorrect amount. This did not resolve the issue. Reached out for assistance and had someone come out a few days later to attempt to fix it but that also didn't solve the issue. Reached out again and it took them a month to schedule someone out for the third time. By that time I had fixed the issue myself. Decent work but the company struggles with communication.

  HORRIBLE, do NOT use this company! I got a quote from the company IN WRITING but after the work was done, they tried to charge me nearly double! On top of that, the work is shoddy at best. AVOID.

  We had a few hiccups with timing but they handled everything in a professional way. Great team that cleaned up after themselves. Good communication. Roof looks great!

  We are very glad we went with T.E. Company. 😁 They are professional, courteous, and they had a phenomenal bunch of people on our roof doing exceptional work (in that hot, humid weather, no less). Virtually everyone from T.E.Company was either ON TIME or EARLY, which is quite rare these days. We are very pleased with our new roof. Thank you Jermaine, Jeremy, Parker & the whole roofing crew! 👍

  The roofing job was done quickly and efficiently. I was happy it was completed in a day considering how big my roof is. Anthony addressed all my concerns and assured me he would reach out to his managers about concerns he was not able to answer. Thank you, I love our new class 4 Malarkey roofing.

  We were very happy working with Wyatt and his men. They were reliable, communicative and respectful. They are like a fine-tuned orchestra working together on the project that took just 1 1/2 days to complete. They did a great job cleaning up and came back to touch up some scrapes on our PVC fence after the job was complete. My husband was extremely satisfied with the touch up on the fence. Wyatt and his team took great pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. And we are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  I recently had The Exteriors Company install new siding, replaced my windows and gutters. The house has never looked better. The two crews excelled at what they did, overlooked by the project managers, Bob on the window side and Taylor on the siding side. They made sure every little detail was taken care of, their effort was much appreciated.

  Adam's estimate was spot on. The crews that repaired the hail damage to the roofing and siding were diligent and professional. The exteriors company handled the insurance claim and I could not be happier.

  Had a great experience with Jeremy and Taylor after having a roof leak and needing a replacement. They were very thorough and took photos of damaged areas of the roof so I wouldn't have to get up on the roof to see for myself. Would definitely recommend them.
