I had the mistake of thinking that getting a roof replaced through them would be an easy and straightforward process. Boy was I wrong. The roof went ok, they were done in a timely manner, but the gutters were a different story. The gutters didn't get put on until a week later. They then showed up unannounced in the morning, I work third shift and had just nicely fallen asleep after a 12 hour shift just to be jolted awake by pounding and talking right outside of my bedroom window. There was no courtesy call the day prior to the work being done. The rep was also told on several occasions that I work third shift and mornings do not work for me. The debris from the old gutters was also left on my front lawn and nails were not picked up, I ended up with a flat tire. I had to make a call to get them to come and pick up their mess. The gutters were also not installed properly and caused the roof to be lifted in several spots. It took a month and countless text, photos, and phone calls just to get someone to come take a look at the issue and they can't give me a time when it will be fixed.

We had our siding and windows replaced by Ridge Top in the summer of 2017. The siding is LP SmartSide. The project ended up being done twice—the first subcontractor installed the siding incorrectly, and although the second crew did a better job, they still missed several important details. One issue is the paint failure on one side of the house. It appears they used a color‑matched paint that wasn’t appropriate for LP siding and wasn’t durable, which is why it has deteriorated as shown in the photo. Although it's been years, one would expect the paint on LP to last longer. The second issue is the trim installation. They installed the trim directly on the shingles, even though LP requires at least a 1‑inch clearance above the roofing. When I recently had my roof replaced by a different contractor, the trim had to be removed and redone because it had been installed incorrectly. While Ridge Top did replace the siding after the first poor installation, the second attempt still failed to meet LP’s requirements. I would not recommend Ridgetop; their workmanship does not last.

In May 2024, we paid approximately $34,000 for a new roof from Ridge Top Exteriors. At the time, we were beyond happy with the entire process from start to finish. The communication, workmanship, and overall experience were excellent, and we felt confident we had chosen the right company. That confidence disappeared after a major hailstorm hit our neighborhood in April 2026. Nearly all of our neighbors were reporting significant roof damage, so I contacted Ridge Top and asked them to inspect our roof. Quin, the representative who originally sold us the roof, came out and performed what appeared to be only a ground-level inspection. He never got on the roof and later reported that there were a few small dings in the windows, no siding damage, and no roof damage. That didn’t sit right with me, so I sought additional opinions. Multiple roofing companies inspected the roof and all reported significant hail damage. An insurance adjuster then completed a thorough inspection and determined that the roof, windows, and gutters all needed to be replaced due to storm damage. What is most disappointing is the loss of trust. When we were paying out of pocket for a new roof, Ridge Top was attentive and responsive. But when an insurance claim was involved, I felt completely abandoned. I cannot understand how a company can tell a customer who spent $34,000 less than two years earlier that their roof looks great when multiple independent inspections and the insurance adjuster concluded otherwise. Had I trusted Ridge Top’s assessment and not sought second and third opinions, we could have been dealing with serious problems down the road. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Ridge Top Exteriors with the same confidence I once had.

We hired them to replace a patio door. Worst service ever. Took more than 6 months, 10 phone calls and three cancelled installations. They blamed pella but many instances of negligence on their part. We ended up getting our money back after calling the ceo. Horrible experience. We won’t hire them again.

Poor communication, workers showed up unannounced, schedule changes that were not communicated. Roofing workers urinated in our yard and there was significant debris and garbage all over the yard. They needed to come back because they had damaged the fascia, when roofing. The work (roof, gutters, siding) was completed within the last 6 months and downspouts are not connected to the house. I reattached a portion of a downspout and then realized 2 others were not attached. Please reconsider if you're considering Ridge Top.

Very happy with our service from Ridge Top - the crew arrived when expected, and finished at or before the quoted time. Took around 7-8 hours to do the whole roof. Clean up was appreciated, and the roof looks great. Thanks!

Once the windows arrived, I got to watch five men work for 12 hours nonstop on the installation. I was so impressed by their efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend next door windows for your next Window replacement. The general manager, Kurt was there to meet them at the start of the installation and followed up at completion. They all did an excellent job.

I only give 4 stars because there was some communication gaps with scheduling. They had to cancel the first appointment due to rain, but I didn't know that until the morning of. I had to reach out to them when they didn't show up. I would have appreciated more heads up. Otherwise, they did a good job. Thanks.

Adam Lorang and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof, including all the plywood roof deck. They cleaned up so well and that one day later there was no trace left except the new roof.

Jacob B and crew did an incredible job replacing our roof following a hail event. Arrived on time, finished the job quickly and took great care with the yard and clean up. We are in the middle of selling our home and even though we won’t be in the house to enjoy the end result, we feel very confident that the new owners will be very pleased with the outcome.

David Kreinz/crew were amazing. They were timely, worked without fail to get four units done in one day. I can’t speak highly enough about their level of communication which was clear, upfront so that we could communicate with unit owners appropriately. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the communication, courtesy, and professionalism showed by Ridgetop roofing in all aspects of this project. We would be glad to recommend them strongly for options in the future, and look them up again if we would need additional home projects in the future.

Another great experience with Ridge Top Exteriors! We needed our whole roof and gutters replaced after a hail storm. The management team was communicative and responsive throughout the initial process. The crew itself did an awesome job and also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Missing granules are one of the most common signs of hail damage and one of the easiest to miss. From the ground, your roof may look completely fine. But up close, the story is very different. When golf ball sized hail hits your roof at full force, it strips away the granules that protect your shingles from the elements. Once those are gone, your roof is exposed. Here is what that can lead to: ⚠️ Leaks and water intrusion ⚠️ Cracked or compromised siding ⚠️ Damaged window seals ⚠️ Bent or clogged gutters ⚠️ Interior damage that costs far more to fix later Hail storm damage is not always dramatic. Sometimes it is a small crack, a subtle dent, or a compromised seal that you would never notice without a trained eye. Do not wait for the next rain to tell you what a free inspection can. Ridge Top Exteriors will document everything and make sure you have a clear picture of your home's condition before it gets worse.
