  Good and bad, two years of delays. Good: their roof crew was exceptional. Fast, professional and very thorough on the clean up. I would absolutely recommend for their roofing crew. Whoever they hired for blowing attic insulation was also excellent. Bad: I would absolutely recommend against their siding crew. I paid for new soffits and they tried to just put their soffits over top of the ones that I wanted replaced, further restricting air flow instead of improving, which makes zero sense. Unfortunately, no one on site spoke english making it very difficult to communicate what was to be accomplished. The incorrect shutters were installed, pallets and other materials were left in my driveway long after the job was done. Delays: For various reasons throughout the project and I'm sure being lost in the masses it took approximately two years for the job to be completed.

  No service and poor integrity. After 6 weeks there’s been zero movement on my roof repairs. Due to lack of judgement in choosing their preferred claims facilitator and lack of follow up and zero interest in being proactive, my insurance company has no photos and no estimates on file despite multiple visits to my home. Instead of owning their failure and implementing a solution, this company chose to try and gaslight me about the process and timeline, directly contradicting previous statements. This company is not proactive and will create work for you.

  UPDATE: The response shows yet again the communication challenges with this company. Double checking on color choices is one thing. Checking 3 times asking if we had picked our color yet is not confirming. We have multiple messages to their employees asking when someone was coming to inspect the roof. We had to ask for the owner's information and were not given that information. After hunting it down ourselves, we sent a letter that he did not answer. Finally, the GM followed up after we let them know we would not pay the bill until we were assured of an inspection and given pictures promised (which we never received as stated below). SJR mentions multiple inspections that we were not aware of until reading this answer to our review. In fact, the only inspection we were aware of is the one on August 8th, over a month after the project completion. We tried to pay the bill at that time but we were told no they were going to make an adjustment. We waited for the updated invoice and finally reached out again about it. On Sept 4th we were sent the exact same invoice and questioned it as if it was going to be the same why didn't they take our payment a month ago. The GM said he had updated it and didn't know why we were given an incorrect bill. We waited another month and then once again followed up. The final bill, with a $500 discount, was sent to us on 10/7. We immediately mailed the payment so I am guessing it was waiting in someone's inbox to be processed. Interestingly, the payment was magically received on 10/20 with an email confirmation. Maybe this is not how they run their business all of the time, but we certainly were treated poorly and feel like there are plenty of companies that treat their customers better than this.   We just replaced the flat-shingle roof and old aluminum siding on our 40-year-old home, and I couldn’t be happier with the job done by St. Joseph’s Roofing Inc. The project was complicated because we also needed to enclose an external metal chimney flu for a wood burning stove in the basement that extended through the roof line. That required coordination between carpenter, roofing, siding and gutter teams. I collected estimates from four companies that came highly rated on consumer sites. St. Joseph’s bid was very competitive to begin with but they were also willing to match another bid for the flu enclosure. From the initial inspection to prepare the estimate to final cleanup I was impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and courtesy of the crews and their supervisors. They were always willing to listen to and act on any issues I raised and answer any questions I had. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend St. Joseph’s Roofing, Inc. for any external, residential renovation project. Brent Byers

  Our skylight had old damage from wear and tear that had started leaking. We tried patching it ourselves with Flex Seal, but that didn't hold, so we reached out to Saint Joseph's Roofing Inc. for a proper fix. We had a very positive experience with them from start to finish — the process was professional and straightforward. Paddy came out to inspect the roof, explained exactly what he found, and walked us through the repair options without any pressure. Their quote was very competitive and came in lower than the other roofing companies we contacted. The work itself was done well. Since the repair, we've had rain come through and no leak. Would definitely recommend them.

  SJR provided a very detailed assessment of our roof using state of the art drone technology. High resolution photos provided all the proof of highly damaged areas. And they did all of the logistics work with the insurance assessors. The work of replacing the shingles was efficient. We couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was professional and personable.

  I recently had St. Joseph's replace my roof and re-wrap/seal a leaking sliding glass door. From the beginning, their service was impeccable and great support when I had questions. I am very happy with the finished product and would happily work with them again!

  We had St. Joseph's Roofing come out and do a roof tune up and inspection on our cedar shingled roof. They did a phenomenal job repairing several shingles, inspected it, and gave us a great price.   Great company! Everyone in the office was courteous and very helpful . The crew were on time and ready to work. They put tarps around the entire house and they started stripping the old shingles at 8AM and were through laying the new shingles by 1PM. Cleaned up everything and were gone by 130P. Looks fantastic! Highly recommend them!
