The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Shiner Exteriors. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I have used Shiner exteriors for 3 jobs. They replaced my gutters, front screen/main door, and my roof. They do a great job every time. They replaced my townhome roof last year, and the temperature on my top level is stable for the first time in the 23 years. Ryan was of great help and service.

We’ve been working with Shiner Exteriors for over 5 years now, and they have consistently provided outstanding service. Most recently, they completed our roof repair and roof replacement, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Bill was our main point of contact, and he was always responsive, professional, and extremely detailed in explaining the work being completed. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the project, and made sure everything was handled properly. The workmanship and quality exceeded our expectations, and the crew was punctual, respectful, and efficient. It’s rare to find a company that is both reliable and honest, but Shiner Exteriors has earned our trust over the years. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or exterior work!

We used Shiner to redo all of our siding and replaced it with Hardie plank. They were great to work with and left the job site super clean everyday. Ryan is probably the best sales person I've ever worked with! He truly cared about getting the job done right and was always available to answer all my questions. I would 100% use them again, thank you!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 389 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
