  I had a very disappointing experience with Douglas Roofing. From the beginning, their sales team lacked clear communication and professionalism. Promises were made during the sales process that were either vague or never followed through on once the project moved into production. It felt like their approach was to undercut pricing just to secure the job, but that came at the expense of quality and proper expectations. There was a clear disconnect between what was sold and what was actually delivered. Communication during the project was inconsistent, and getting straightforward answers was more difficult than it should have been. Overall, the experience did not reflect a top-tier or reputable company. Despite how they may present themselves, they do not operate at the level of a nationally ranked or high-quality roofing contractor. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and considering other, more established companies before moving forward with them.

  Three strikes and you get a bad review. We have a very “intense” no soliciting sign very prominent on our front door. It was ignored, our storm door opened, and our door directly knocked on. We answered through our doorbell camera, said no thanks, and our storm door was opened once again and an ad hanger was placed. Respect people’s property. Respect people’s responses and decisions. This is the fastest way to get me to never use your services. This is MY HOME, not YOUR place of BUSINESS.

  When I had an active leak coming from my ceiling after a big storm, Marc immediately came and diagnosed the situation. He was friendly, professional, well versed in homeowners insurance claims regarding roofing, and confirmed it was not a roofing issue - it was my HVAC!   If you're in the middle of researching roof replacement companies, I know exactly what you're worried about. Is this going to be a nightmare with insurance paperwork, will they disappear once they have your deposit, is the crew going to trash your yard, and can you actually get someone on the phone when you have a question. I had all of those same worries, and Douglas Roofing put every single one of them to rest. From the very first inspection, it was clear this wasn't going to be one of those companies that shows up, gives you a quote, and vanishes. Michael came out and walked the roof, taking the time to actually explain what he was seeing instead of just handing me a number. He even came back out a day before the insurance adjuster's visit to make sure everything on the roof was properly marked and ready to go, that kind of attention to detail before the adjuster even showed up made me feel like they were already looking out for me. Michael also walked me through how the insurance submission process works, so I wasn't going in blind. Speaking of insurance, Haley took the lead from there and was fabulous at explaining every step of it. What I expected to be a confusing, drawn out headache turned out to be easy to follow because she made sure I understood what was happening and why, and she stayed on top of the submission the whole way through. Before installation even started, she also walked me through the roofing process itself, the materials being used, and the costs associated with the project. She was fabulous at explaining the detail of the process and exactly how the work would be done, so there were no surprises once the crew showed up. Nick handled scheduling and kept me in the loop on timing, which honestly made a huge difference. Nobody likes not knowing when a crew is showing up or how long they'll be tearing into your house. Mike ran point on the actual installation, and the crew worked clean, fast, and did quality work with no shortcuts and no mes

  On a scale of 1-10, Douglas Roofing is a 20! Greg D. is not only the Salesman of the Century; he is a professional at analyzing needs of the situation and stays within the client's financial boundaries. He really does CARE and actually shows up during production. Andre and his team are a well-oiled machine that are actually happy in their work and proud and knowledgeable about their company & their product. Watching them in motion surpasses Circ De Solie. Amazing!! The final cleanup is superlative, a rarity in the roofing business. This is a team that shows pride in their profession from inception to completion. Terry is the Sales Manager who presents the invoice with a smile, knowing that his smile will be returned...as it should be!!!

  From our initial contact with Jack in early March to receiving the warranty certificate from Sean in mid April, every interaction with Douglas staff was polite and professional. Kyle met with us twice to make sure all our questions were answered and we understood the process. On installation day, Nick was here along with Jack to help ensure everything went smoothly. The installation crew were respectful of our property and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. It’s evident that everyone at Douglas is knowledgeable and takes pride in their work. We highly recommend this company and their terrific staff!
