  I called them to get the information about the roof inspection and receptionist was too rude. She even disconnected the call while I was asking a question.

  I haven’t had my first appointment yet but the lady on the phone was extremely rude as I called in and checked for the time of the appointment. Customer service is what you want to build your business upon first and this has been a negative experience so far.

  I called this company to get an estimate and the receptionist Emily was very rude. She proceeds to argue with me about whether I first contacted my builder about a roof leaf after promptly saying that they don’t service townhomes (keep in mind I live in a single family home) and then proceeded to try and diagnose the issue by saying that it sounded like something else was going on and it didn’t sound like a roof leak. Then proceeds to tell me I’m being argumentative when I’m simply trying to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate for what I know is a roof leak. Maybe if she wasn’t so busy trying to pass judgment of me based on my name she could have actually been pleasant and scheduled someone to come out. In response to the owner I specifically said in my call and on my voicemail three days prior to the call back that I have a leak in my roof and I wanted someone to come out and give me a quote on fixing it. I’m outside of my 1 year warranty with my builder so I can’t expect to call the builder to fix an issue on a home I own.

  Dry Home stands behind its work. They fixed a sun tunnel it had installed 4 3/4 years ago, even though the 5-year warranty was nearly up.

  We found a leak in our bathroom ceiling on a Sunday afternoon. I called Sunday evening, had a repairman out on Tuesday morning, and a fix in place by Wednesday morning. They were professional, fair, and very prompt. I was thrilled with their service and will absolutely recommend them.

  I'm extremely happy with the two new skylights which Dryhome installed in my house. From the initial meeting with Victor, to the installation, everything went very smoothly. I especially appreciated their promptness in responding to questions and that they kept to their proposed schedule and did an incredible job with the installation and the cleanup.

  I usually don’t write reviews, in this case I need to write one for Mike and Team. I looked up DRY Home along with a few other local companies for my Roof replacement due to weather related damage and having to deal with insurance claims process. Mike from DryHome was very honest and upfront with me through out the whole process and did not have me sign locking contracts upfront and he was very transparent. He helped me through the process the whole way to get approvals and to get a very good roofing product and installation crew. I am very happy customer with the overall DryHome service experience and the install.

  Dry Home Roofing is, without question, the best roofing company I’ve ever worked with—and I’ve worked with several local roofers over the years. From the very first visit, they stood out. Their team was professional, on time, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and what my options were, without any pressure or confusing “sales talk.” Every question I had was answered clearly and honestly. The quality of their work is on a completely different level compared to other companies I’ve used. The crew was efficient, respectful of my property, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. They protected my landscaping, kept the work area clean, and did an excellent job with cleanup when the project was finished—no stray nails, no debris, nothing left behind. What really separates Dry Home Roofing from the others is their reliability and attention to detail. They did exactly what they said they would do, finished on schedule, and didn’t surprise me with hidden costs or last-minute changes. The roof looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence in the quality of the materials and installation.   Very happy with their work. We had some pieces of siding fall off in a wind storm. It was not a big job, but they came out, gave us an estimate, and did the work. Easy to deal with and quality work. Estimate was exactly the price we paid. Definitely would use them again.
