  We called in the company to repair a section of our roof in August after seeing a water leak. They suggested patching the area and charged us over a thaudand dollars. After only 3-4 weeks, the same area showed the leak again. When we inquired about this, they said there was an issue with the skylight, and they are not responsible for this issue. Just to be clear, no one told us about this before they patched the area - if they saw the problem beforehand, they should have let us know before taking the job. They also said they were not responsible for adressing the recurrent leak because its not under a warranty. When we pointed out how the patch failed only after 3-4weeks, they said they will get back to us. Never heard from them back again. Because of the urgency with the ongoing leak, we rushed to find another company. They assessed our roof and pointed out the poor quality work done at the area (which makes sense given the recurrent leaks). We went with this company, fixed the roof, and not seeing the leaks again. I cannot recommend August roofing company for their lack of transparency, poor quality works, lack of responsibility, and professionalism. Quite surprising considering the good rating here.

  We installed solar attic fans with Augustine Roofing. First, I was happy. We were told that the fans installed would rotate throughout the day to receive the most sun exposure. Then, we called the company to come out because we noticed the fans weren't running. They came out and said the solar panels should have been directed differently to get more energy. The tech said someone would come out to fix it. Nothing happens and months go by. Then I contacted the company again and am told the the effect I'm looking for will not be achieved. So basically, you sold me a product and a service that doesn't do what it's supposed to do, or at least what you said it would do, and then you just left us hanging. It's s been utterly frustrating to get callbacks etc. I will not be calling this company again for any roofing needs.

  Had the roof replaced by Augustine Roofing just over two years ago. Had to call them them back to fix some visual issues after the roof was replaced. After the 1st snow, the roof leaked damaging one of the windows and window sills. Went in the attic and spotted multiple leaks allover the roof. They came back and did some work to fix the leaks.

  Excellent work, quality material, ahead of schedule and at a fair price. What else can you ask from a roofer? We highly recommend Augustine. Out of four estimates, they were the lowest price and the most detailed. They quickly answered all of our questions and made sure the work was done ahead of schedule. You are kept well informed every step of the way.

  Augustine Roofing recently did some trim work on our house. We were really satisfied with the service and quality from start to finish. Pricing was competitive and communication was great throughout the process. We worked with Johnny, Kendra, and Bobby, they were fantastic!

  When I saw I had some potential roof damage, I sent a request to 5 different roofing companies asking for an inspection and assessment of my roof's condition. I received responses back from only two companies, with one calling me just to tell me that they 'don't do roof repairs', before I even got a chance to explain my situation. Augustine promptly reached out to schedule an inspection, and Dakota showed up. Dakota personally inspected my roof, showed me detailed photos of various damaged spots on my roof, took the time to understand where my head was at between repairing and replacing, and sent me multiple quotes- all with zero pressure or hassle. I've been burned multiple times in the past with contractors telling me I need way more than is required, without taking the time to understand my approach and situation. As a sales professional myself, working with Dakota felt like a partnership instead of being treated like an ATM. Their quote was competitive, and once I accepted it the team was accommodating every step of the way. Dakota was available every time I needed a question clarified, and was genuinely helpful and informative. Bobby was also very helpful in helping me reschedule the install date due to a work trip. Their crews were prompt, did excellent work, and I couldn't be happier. I have a dog and am very cautious about any nails or debris being left behind, and Augustine didn't leave a trace. Thank you Augustine team for my new roof, skylight, and gutters! You have a customer for life.

  We called Bill Augustine for a second opinion, after a walk-up sales team told us we needed a total roof replacement that’ll cost $65-75,000! He told us the roof was fine, we didn’t need a new roof, or even repairs! He is friendly, smart, honest, and extremely easy to talk to: I highly recommend him. To top it off, he didn’t charge for the inspection!

  Highly recommend for a roof inspection and quoting any roof repair. Dakota was fantastic - he clearly knew his stuff and provided an honest assessment of the roof condition. It was clear he had our best interests in mind and wasn’t trying to sell us on things we didn’t need (unlike other quotes we got).

  There was a small misunderstanding about the start date, which was frustrating at first. However, the office staff handled it professionally and adjusted the schedule quickly. Once the project began, everything ran smoothly. The crew worked hard, respected the property, and delivered a roof that looks fantastic.
