  These people do not do good work and will not stand behind it. Sole goal is to sell siding not to solve your problems. After hundreds of dollars, I hired someone else to fix it.

  Stop leaving generic "your roof looks old" in people's mailbox. My roof is 5 years old with no visible damage and has 15-20 years left in it. I have a no soliciting sign on the door so I guess this is your way around that issue.

  I personally want to apologize for this mistake. After personally looking into your complaint. One of our Consultants did in fact leave the wrong information sheet. As well we informed him never to leave information in mailboxes. He also apologizes for his error. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience.   Not pleased. Had an appointment for an estimate at 10a. They called to cancel with less than 2hrs notice and gave no reason. Since I was told I had to be home for the estimate, I'm now out of 4hrs pay. Then she had the nerve to ask if I would be available at 1, lol. No, I'm going to work.

We have a policy that we do not re-schedule 10am appointments unless it is a 911 emergency and that policy was not followed from the person who made the decision to cancel your appointment last minute. Please email me at wecare@roofingandmoreinc.com as I would like to discuss the hours of pay you lost and a possible way we could make that up to you. I like to say it like this. I cant change the past but I can have an impact on the future if you will allow me the opportunity. This is not a ploy to get business from you but a discussion about dollars you lost and how we can possibly get them back to you. This was our error and you should not have to pay for that.   Tim - Apologies we were late to our scheduled appointment. Sometimes this happens in our line of work. Earlier appointments can run longer than originally planned based on what we find on site and then throw in Metro DC traffic and we sometimes find ourselves late to scheduled appointments. However, we always communicate with homeowners to let them know we are running late as we did with you. We hope we have a chance to help you with your roof.   Unlike other I had not so good experience with Roofing and More 1. After back and forth with the insurance company my Roof Job was supposed to be Start on Sep 14th however only 48 hour prior it got pushed back to Sep 15th which I was not anticipating at all (It was not a weather delay, more of a scheduling thing). 2. During the initial assessment period when I talked to Kyle (Owner) I specifically mentioned my job (since its a town house) to be completed in a day with a six crew team, since I have 5 month child . Marie also confirmed that and when you came during the production meeting I believe I mentioned you that too. However today I found out only 2 Crew showed up around 1:00 PM and they only worked till 6:00 to get it done the back of the roof. The crews are coming back again tomorrow to finish the job. I was not notified that my job is going to be completed in two days and DOES NOT make me a happy customer. 3. Nobody from the team called me to schedule a walk through after the job is completed. I notified that to Marie. She said she will look into it. 4. I reported issue#2 and emailed owner (Kyle). He was not courteous enough to return my email or call me back.

  Roofing and More were exceptional every step of the way of our new roof project.  From the initial meeting to the final walk through, the attention to detail, thorough information, professional and courteous people and the fine work that was done deserves an A+ grade.  Very important to us, with any project, is the communication that is in place throughout the work.  The communication plan that Roofing and More has for all their tasks is second to none.  Everything was clear, on time, exceptionally clean and tidy, and nothing was left to chance or not communicated in a comprehensive manner.  A special shout out and thanks to the team that made this such a seamless experience for us - Shane, Armando, Ruth, Maria, Paulino, the electrician and Javier and every member of his crew!

  Worked with me to correct a flue stack cap that had blown off. They arrived for the estimate when they said they would. Provided a clear pricing estimate, and follow-up appointment to perform the work. Took pictures and completed the work exactly as documented. I would recommend.
