  I have been calling these people since August of 2025, and here I am, in February 17th of 2026 and still nobody has come out to check on my roof and I have a warranty. I call their office and even spoke to someone named Matt. K And someone called nathan and still after emailing them pictures that they asked for and the information they asked for all i've ever gotten, is someone we'll get to get back to you. I don't understand the issue of coming out and checking on work that you were supposed to have done if there's a problem and there's a warranty.

  The quote process went fine so I’ll give a star for that. But that’s the only part that even happened. I was told about a week to get the crew out. That came and passed and two weeks later I asked for an update. I was told they were busy and would get back to me with an update. It’s been silence and they’ve definitely forgotten I exist by now. It’s been multiple months.

  Not a good company. Management (Matt) and owner (Chris) are very unprofessional and rude, not to just prospective clients, but other contractors. No mistake. This was within the past month.

  Wasted an entire work week waiting for someone to call to set an appointment for an inspection of my leaking commercial roof despite speaking directly to two different principals of the company who assured someone would be returning my call. Flakes like this tarnish the entire construction trade with such unprofessional and disrespectful conduct.

  SPC roofing has been less than adequate in professionalism and service. The salesman convinced us to use this company for a claim and we have had issues with them submitting paperwork on time, poor quality in finishing the job on time and …

  Mr. Keller, we went out of our way to assist with your insurance and mortgage company. The delay caused by your insurance company was substantial. In addition, the changes you made to the initial request (gutters, gutter guards, etc.) added to the delay. We installed the roof and made all the changes you requested. We stand behind our work. We also found and replaced rotten wood that would not have been initially covered by your insurance without us finding and helping to submit it on your behalf. We were told how great you thought our services were and how much you loved the color on the final walk-thru. Not sure what changed, but best of luck. Thank you,

  Not a good experience! Would not advise getting involved with this company if you have to deal with Mr. Frierson. He's bad news.

  Now that I look back, my experience with this company was a disappointment from the beginning. When choosing (I had 3 other quotes) then securing this company based on my circumstances— laid out honestly to the 2 representatives, I believed their word and signed a contract. I needed a tarp to be laid as there was damage to the interior that needed to be stopped. The reps said it wouldn’t be a problem and would be done ASAP. It took a week of me asking and promising texts from the reps for the tarp to actually be placed. I was never notified when the job would commence—just woke one day to a dumpster being put in the wrong location in my driveway. (one I clarified earlier with the rep as I keep my car in my garage and need to be able to leave my property). I sent texts with no reply from either of the 2 reps and woke the next day to booms on my roof as the roofing team loaded the shingles. The work was done quickly, professionally and beautifully by the actual roofing team. That’s why I’ve given the stars I did. The rep started to ask me for the balance. I reminded him that I entered into the contract in the same circumstance I was still in and that they’d be paid as soon as my refinance was complete. I then had contact the owner and he didn’t manage to support the word of his reps, who told me pymt could be made as soon as my refi was complete, nor keep his own word, I came to find out. I wasn’t even furnished an invoice for the completed work before the owner put a work lien on my property while I was in the middle of a refinance. He told me he would not put any liens and collected a personal check from me with a promissory note so my refinance would not be held up. Imagine my disappointment when my refinance company had to stall the loan to find out who had a contractors lien on my property. I was shocked. It then took the company 2 days to get my refi company and invoice! Then... And Only then did I get an invoice—from my refi company!!! Incredulous! The unprof

  I called SPC Roofers, and they sent Jason out the very same day to inspect my roof. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. There was never any pressure—just honest advice and excellent customer service. I was so impressed that I signed the contract and they already have me scheduled for next week. So far, the experience has been outstanding, and I highly recommend Jason and the team at SPC Roofers!

  I manage 15 multifamily housing communities, so I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years. When I called Jason at SPC Roofers, I could tell right away that customer service was a priority. He had one of our property's roofs inspected the very same day and quickly provided a fair, honest proposal with no pressure. It's hard to find contractors who are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about doing things the right way, but Jason and his team exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend giving SPC Roofers a call. They've definitely earned our business, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

  They sent Brandon out to reevaluate my concerns that afternoon. After a few conversations we came to agreement and Brandon completed the required repairs on the same day. I appreciate their rapid response.

  I recently had an exceptional experience working with SPC Roofers. Chandler and Mark came out almost immediately after my initial call, analyzed the lack of proper ventilation in the attic, and installed new vents within less than two weeks. They were absolutely professional, courteous, punctual, and eager to stay in communication throughout the whole project. Further, upon their review of the history of the roof, they discovered that a previous contractor had failed to close out his permit upon completion of the roof, and so they voluntarily took it upon themselves to resolve that matter for me. Their attitude and service definitely went above and beyond my expectations and I will not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

  Working with Brian was really amazing and the roof replacement looks nice. I like the lifetime warranty of it all. There was a few minor issues that I didn’t like but overall satisfied

They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up afterward—no debris or mess left behind. That level of professionalism really stands out.
