  Not a fan of the door to door solicitation in the first place. Chose not to answer the door at 7:15 pm while getting 4 kids ready for bed, lady choose to ring the doorbell a total of 4 times... like come on. Once is plenty and you're not entitled to me dropping everything to answer the door for nothing... we rent, nothing we do about the roof... beyond annoying!

  This company is a Joke. They gave me different invoices!! And when I paid the second invoice totally, a month later they send me another invoice with extra $3,665.20. And now they are treaten me if I don't pay them soon. I had so many companies that came to give me an estimate and I hired them because this Aaron guy lied to me since the beginning. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They didn't even did a good job. The skylight is a joke. You can see in the picture I'm enclosing. It looks horrible from the inside. Some plaster came out of the ceiling and they didn't even fix it. It doesn't even look nice with the wood they added to make it fit. I had some friends that were going to hire them to fix their roof but now they lost those new customers. What I don't understand is that after I paid the invoice in full, a month later they sent me another invoice with extra $3,665.20. THIS IS A RIO OFF!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE TO YOU GIVING YOU ONE PRICE AND THEN ADDING MORE MONEY TO ANOTHER INVOICE AND ANOTHER ONE. SHAME ON YOU ELO ROOFING FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SINGLE OLDER WOMAN! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

  I have a sign as you walk up to my house and a sign taped to my front door NO SOLICITING. Your representative rang the door bell twice, with no cars in the driveway, and my dogs lost their minds. I do not appreciate this, and if this is how your attention to detail is with your roofs I want no part of it.

  No Soliciting means just that. You don't shove your card and pamphlet in my door Austin Farris. We have large No Soliciting sign that your employee walked right past and ignore and left his card and your company pamphlet in our door. Hopefully that helps you to understand better.

  I contacted this company for an estimate and initially received an email confirming when someone would be coming out. After that, I never heard anything further. A few weeks later, I followed up and was transferred to voicemail, where I left a message. Unfortunately, no one returned my call or reached out to discuss my project. At this point, I am not confident that I will receive a quote in time for my needs. My experience so far has been disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-through. Even if a company is busy, keeping potential customers informed goes a long way.

  We called for a repair estimate. estimator came out but never provided a quote. I called and texted for a status but no returned calls or messages. if the job was not worth it, I get it but at least call and say so...being ghosted sucks.

  The whole project went flawlessly from the sales presentation to the final cleanup. Dan C. (Project Mgr) gave a great presentation, explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions. After we signed the contract, things started happening in less than 2 weeks. And thanks to Victoria R. (Customer Service), we were kept up to date on day to day scheduling. The crew showed up before sunrise, removed the old and installed the new, cleaned up and gone before sunset. Our thanks to the whole Elo Roofing crew for a job well done.

  To Whom It May Concern, I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Austin Farris, a Project Manager with Elo Roofing. After we experienced severe weather in Clay County, Austin was going around the neighborhood offering free roof inspections. I agreed to have him inspect my roof. He carefully explained that there was damage and showed me what type of damage had occurred. Austin then took the time to explain the entire process to me. He went over the paperwork and explained, step by step, what would be done. I was impressed and amazed by how knowledgeable he was about roofing products and the entire process. Austin was extremely professional, patient, kind, and understanding. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He also guided me when I contacted my insurance company to file a claim, which was very helpful because I had never gone through this process before. Everything seemed to be falling into place until my insurance company would not allow me to use Austin for the work. I was very disappointed and upset about that. Despite this, Austin continued to call and check on the progress of my situation. I truly believe he is the right person for the job, and I was very impressed by the way he continued to show concern and follow up even though he was not going to be doing the work. Austin not only helped me understand the roofing process, but he also made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the experience. I have recommended him to my friends and neighbors because I believe he is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about helping people.   We recently had our tile roof replaced by Dustin Richards with ELO Roofing, and the entire experience was outstanding. We have a very large roof with several complexities, including specific needs for custom gutters and re-routing vent pipes through the roof. Dustin and his team listened to all our requirements and developed a comprehensive, well-executed plan for every phase of the project. We began our search process for a roofing company back in August, narrowing down our options until we chose ELO. What ultimately helped us get over the finish line was their proven track record with the specific materials we were using, their commitment to being competitive, and their ability to address all our needs in a truly customized way. I was also deeply impressed by their transparency. Before starting the job, I specifically asked about potential challenges or cost increases, and Dustin raised every red flag and hurdle upfront so there were no surprises—a level of professional honesty I didn't find with any other contractor we interviewed. From our first meeting, it was clear that Dustin brings a high level of passion and expertise to his work. We were kept well-informed regarding the daily progress, and the crew was incredibly respectful of our property. The attention to detail during installation was exceptional, and we truly appreciated Dustin’s personal ‘OCD’ cleanup after the job was finished—our yard was spotless. I would 100% recommend Dustin and the ELO team to anyone in need of roofing services.

  The team over Elo Roofing were fantastic. After one of our recent thunderstorms, a tree branch fell onto our roof and punctured through the roof decking. Fortunately, we only needed some shingles and the decking replaced. Victoria was wonderful and worked to get us scheduled as quickly as possible. Dan was even able to get out to us ahead of the scheduled time and temporarily patched up the hole to ensure there was no further water intrusion. The cost of the repair was also lower than we were expecting for the scope of the work. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again when it is time to replace our entire roof.
