  I hired this roofing company expecting professional service, but my experience was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, project updates were limited, and several concerns I raised were not addressed in a timely manner. The process took longer than expected, and I was left frustrated by the lack of follow-through. I hope the company improves its customer service and project management.

  Camilo and Justin were operating as C&J Construction Investments in the spring of '23. We erected two metal buildings on one project as a sub contractor. I sub subbed the two roof installations to C&J. They are hard working, ambitious young men. However, after numerous call backs over a 12 month period for them to fix the leaks that they installed with these roofs, we finally had to go behind them to stop the leaks.   I am really happy with the roofing repair work Colin and his team at Redfox Roofing did for us. From the beginning, everyone was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. Colin and his team showed up when they said they would, they explained thoroughly what needed to be done, and got the repairs taken care of without any hassle.   If I could give six stars I would from the beginning to the end red fox roofers was spot on. Starting with Kyle the first impression is always the last impression and I based my decision to move forward with red fox Roofing because of him. I was left with no questions unanswered. And when the work actually got started the project manager don't actually recall his name but he is definitely an asset to the company. The roof replacement was done in a timely manner and to my total satisfaction. And after the crew was done the project manager made sure we was on the same page with the completion of the roof replacement. And let me not forget to tip my hat to the young ladies in the office Tara and Dottie. Teamwork make the Dream Work. One satisfied customer I totally recommend Redd Foxx roofers

  Prompt contact after I reached out; the people I actually spoke to were courteous. When they came out to assess the problem, Colin introduced himself, showed me pictures of the problem area and described the steps needed to take to fix the issue. However, I didn't get an estimated arrival time on day of service-it ended up being 7am. While I understand and fully support outside workers starting stupid early, a heads up would have been nice-I have a dog that needed to be let out. I also didn't appreciate that there was literally no contact while the workers were at my house. When they left at noon, no one stopped to say if they were done, or if they were just going to lunch. I also didn't receive any pictures of the completed work, which, when you can't see your own roof, is a little... concerning. Overall, 3/5 stars. I will say, they did clean up after themselves-there was no trash or materials left at my property, which is more than I can say for some of the other household services I've used.
