  Do not use this business be very careful. I don’t know who did their reviews but they lie, cheat and steal. Do not give them any money upfront they ask for your insurance money and then do not follow through with what they say. Just really dishonest company. Be very careful. I will be following up with BBB.

  Roof looks great! Left nails all over my yard. Found at least 2 cups worth. The customer service is poor. Poor scheduling. You will be forced to pay upfront. They will still put a lien on your home. They pork you with their service charge to run a credit card. Salesperson ghosted me after roof completion over repeated attempts to get the lien cleared so I could close on the property. Failure to set the customer expectations up front. Never spoke to me about insurance supplements. I would never recommend them to anyone. Period!

  Don’t know what this company does to hire drivers but they need to be better. Driver brake checked multiple people on the highway almost leading to accidents and then flipped off people who he passed. If these are the people they hire to drive to customers homes I can only imagine the quality of work they do

  I can’t recommend Adam R. highly enough. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. It’s obvious that he knows his trade extremely well and takes pride in doing things the right way.

  Highly recommend Tim and his team at NexGen Roofing for any and all roof repairs! We recently moved to St. Augustine, and within our first 60 days, we discovered a leak in our roof. Tim was out the very next day to figure out exactly what was causing it. Not only did he do a great job with the repair, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about our roof. He took the time to show me exactly what had caused the leak, explain why it happened, and tell me what to look out for in the future. If you want someone knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy, go with NexGen Roofing!

  We thought we were going to need a new roof so Tim came out to take a look and give us a quote. Instead, he patched a few popped nails, told us things looked great for another few years and then refused to let us pay him for his time. Said he was happy to help us out and said it wasn’t right to charge for such a small repair. You just can’t find that kind of business ethic anywhere these days. This is the only company we’ll be working with when we do need a new roof in the future. Really impressed! Highly recommend.

  Brent Erickson was a great rep, he is very knowledgeable about roofing and different shingle options, they were very open about possible overruns for the project and kept me informed all along. They assisted with multiple great financing option. I highly recommend Brent any NextGen.

  I received a roof inspection from Noah with Nexgen though I did not use them for installation they were very helpful and always willing to sit down with me or answer any questions that I may have and also address any concerns I believe they are a great company to reach out to for any roofing needs .   NexGen Roofing: You would be making a mistake if you failed to consider NexGen for your home or business. I would certainly do it again. I was very impressed by the proposal offered by NexGen Roofing. Although the project was complicated by the presence of both sloping and flat roofs, the contractor is able to tackle both easily. The NexGen representative arrived within a day or two after my inquiry. And, without delay delivered a proposal that was well-priced, comprehensive and presented in a very professional manner.   I highly recommend Tim Betros and Nexgen Roofing. Tim went out of his way to help me with the roof on a new home I am purchasing.
