  This company is extremely unprofessional and their work is poor. There is zero accountability from the owner, who refuses to communicate in any capacity with clients. This company drove holes through my ceiling and created leaks in various rooms. I strongly recommend that you do business with someone else.

  Roof was put on August 2016, I have 4 leaks as of June 2021. They did the work for a bank at the time, but it is on my home. A good quality job would not result in 4 leaks in just under 5 years. The company used architectural shingles on a roof that has a slope in many places that is under 2/12 causing water to pool and now the roof will need a full replacement with a rolled roof in order to avoid more leaks. Vents were also no sealed well and the flashing job was poor

  Qouted me a price, never showed up didn't returned my calls Every time I call voice mail it was like they were screening my calls. If you can't do it for the price you gave me then TELL ME!!! They are the worst in customer service, p.s I've already started telling friends and family about them.

  If you're looking for a roofer you can trust, stop scrolling. Ty with Southern Coast Roofing is the real deal. He walked our roof, shot me straight about what actually needed fixing and what didn't, and never once tried to upsell me. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. Showed up when he said he would, did quality work, and treated my home like it was his own. This is the kind of small business that built this community. Do yourself a favor and call Ty before you call anyone else. 5 stars isn't enough.

  Fair pricing and completed on time. No surprises Ty checked on the workers and progress in throughout the job. I would highly recommend Southern Coastal.

  SCR just reroofed my house. The price was more than fair. Communication was excellent. The job was done promptly (within a day) and the final product looks amazing. I cannot recommend a roofing company more highly than SCR. I unfortunately had a recent experience with a different company where my home insurance company determined that my shingles were intentionally damaged in an effort to get a wind damage claim approved. My legal efforts against that company are in process. I paid out of pocket for my roof from SCR and there were no such shenanigans.

  Top notch company! I cannot emphasize enough how great the experience was with this company in my roof replacement. Hard working crew, top quality work and they took the time to do a thorough cleanup before they left. Ty and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.   Just had my mother's roof replaced on 4-28-2026 by Southern Coast Roofing. The entire experience from start to finish was very professional and without any unexpected issues or cost. Very happy with the GAF roofing system they installed. Ty provided the quote, oversaw the project and kept us updated at every stage. I highly recommend Southern Coast Roofing.
