  Mr. Filan, We are disappointed you felt your time was wasted which lead to this 1 star review. We screen scheduled appointments through pictures on google earth to determine if a job is suitable for our company. We did this when scheduling your appointment (6 business days ago). In your case, the pictures from google earth do not show a clear depiction of your roof slope, so we can't make an accurate assessment until we look at the home in person. Rest assured, we do everything we can to prevent wasting anyone's time (yours and ours) as we know how important of an asset it is. Good luck with your project. Update: When satellite images do not show roof pitch clearly, an in person inspection is the only responsible way to determine whether a job can be completed safely. Your roof’s slope exceeded the limits of our equipment — that is a safety requirement, not an “excuse,” or “lack of interest” and we will not put our crew at risk to match what other companies choose to do. Your accusation that we maintain our rating by “pestering” customers is unfounded. You were contacted once, professionally, to discuss your concerns. You chose to interpret that as pressure. We have every right to accurately and professionally respond to a negative review to defend our position. You’re entitled to your rating, but mischaracterizing our conduct does not make it accurate. We stand by our process and our standards.

  Whole company is blocking half the neighborhood with trucks and equipment. Couldn't drive to my home or my cul de sac. What would happen if an emergency occurred or emt/law enforcement needed access to the rest of the subdivision?

  Sorry for your inconvenience Corey. Unfortunately the company delivering the roof materials for your neighbors roof were unable to do so without being in part of the street. We had plenty of staff on site to move any vehicles out of the way upon request. We do our best to perform our job in the safest manner without inconvenience to others.

  Cheap materials , cheap labor ! Let's start from the beginning on my rooftop where I ask this young lady are you going to use the same quality of shingle that I currently have on my roof and she says yes. We got their "quickly and everything seemed on the up-and-up when we went in to sign the paperwork they told us they would start on the 15th but they got started on the 22nd. When I asked if they had workman's comp I should have asked if they had green cards for the people they left taking care of my roof. They said one of them spoke English but when I tried to speak to him that did not happen very well, no one else around who spoke English was there. So my shingles went up and they are NOWHERE near the quality that I had on there before. They are flimsy, flat and very cheap looking but "don't worry they are 30 year architectural shingles" they tell me. As they were cleaning up their coordinator asked me what I thought when I went to tell him he walked away from me swiftly telling me that the appraiser would be let known of my concerns. Upon them leaving I noticed they destroyed a POTTED plant they did not move away from their tarp. I also noticed they destroyed my tarp that I had on the roof since they just ripped it off instead of taking 2 minutes to remove the nails. When the appraiser showed up for her inspection I pointed out some of the things in the pictures below but she did not even want to look at them.They did compensate me $150 for the plant and tarp ( did something right ) . This company has ruined the esthetics of my house and I'm not very happy at all, no compensation for that whatsoever. Find somebody else you'll be a much much much better off!

  Jack Wilson salesmen tell roofing prospects that GAF gives kickbacks to roofing contractors that use their products. Using this “sales tactic” is absolutely wrong. The truth is EVERY manufacturer gives rebates for using their products, including Tamko. Tell your salesmen to quit using this tactic and I’ll update this review. By the way, GAF shingles are much better than Tamko shingles hands down. Do the research, GAF shingles are better.

  Jack C Wilson Roofing is the best. From start to finish everything was smooth and easy. The owners Kyle and Chris are outstanding. The office staff are equally great. They will keep you informed during each step in the process. The project manager was Steven Romero, who is also outstanding. Steven was on site during the installation to make sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Jack C Wilson Roofing.

  From start to finish first class customer service I would absolutely recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs a new roof honest dependable great price came in right at quote!! I really have to give a shot out to the crew working in unbearable heat no attitude just respect.

  Purchasing a new home and needed to have the roof assessed. I met with Chris the owner, I was expecting some significant repairs based on work by the previous owner. Chris assured me that there was plenty of life left and to call him in the future if I needed anything. I appreciate their honestly and understand why their reviews are so positive.

  I was referred to Jack C Wilson Roofing Company by a fellow co-worker who had a great experience. I called the number and the office receptionist Grace answered the call and took my information. The next day Grace advised me that Dustin Hitt would meet me at the property. Dustin inspected what need done and a few days later I meet with Paul Phillips project coordinator, materials arrived. In short from beginning to end of project the experience was fantastic. Never seen anything like this. I thought customer service was something from the past. My experience was well above my expectations. I would definitely refer and recommend Jack C Roofing Company for any roofing repairs.

  I had a great experience with Jack C. Wilson Roofing Company! They were super thorough, up front and efficient from start to finish! The communication was almost too good. I never had to question or wonder about anything. And they had the best price! I would highly recommend them!

  Chris came out for an estimate (free) regarding an attic solar fan installation yesterday. Unfortunately, our attic/roof just isn't compatible for one and would be a waste of money. He didn't jerk us around and gave us the honest truth, which means a lot to us as homeowners. Thank you, Chris. Your company will be who we go with for any future roofing needs.

  From the estimate to the paying the bill had a good experience .price was fair (best of 4 bids) Crew was on time very friendly and professional. Very thorough clean up did not even find a nail .9 hrs of work one beautiful roof ,would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JACK C WILSON ROOFING. THEY'RE the REAL DEAL in roofing needs !
