  After being misinformed by their third party answering service multiple times, the manager of operations had to reschedule due to miscommunication over the course of two weeks. Frank came out and seemed to be aiming to remedy the concerns, though flaked. I was sent a bad quote that would eliminate liability for all events in the course of potential work. Upon notifying Frank that the quote included unacceptable terms, he responded that he would send a proper quote with corrections he following day-- that was on November 17, 2025. This is now December 3, 2025. I will not waste any more time with this company.

  6/1/26 I had a roof leak around my drier vent. I called Model City Roofing and Tre Allen was assigned to my project. He made a wonderful repair! He explained why the last vent failed, replaced plywood, reinstalled a new vent used peal and stick as well as roofing tar. Looks great and I am confident his repair will not leak. Thank you Tre Allen and Model City Roofing for a leak well repaired. This was covered warranty repair, initial repair estimated $1385, Actual $1260 on 1/20/25.

  I found this company through a google search. They called back quickly and sent out someone the next day. Michael Taylor was the technician that came out, checked out my roof and emailed me a quote that was very reasonable. They were able to fix my roof leak within the week. Very pleased!

After reviewing this, supplements can sometimes be generated based on changes in scope or materials, but they should always be clearly communicated beforehand, in which we have guidelines in place to inform homeowners of that, so we will investigate what happened here.   Mike was prompt, friendly and most importantly was able to confirm that my roof is in great shape. We thought that there was something growing on the inside of the skylight but he confirmed it was insulation. Thank you, Mike.
