  I feel like I need to share my experience with patriot roofing. I'm certain this will be taken down, it's highly suspicious they have a 5 star review. Our "journey" with patriot began last April/May '24, and i didn't get the final paperwork until January '25. The job took at 6-7 months for a private residence + 2 months to get the paperwork. Jason is difficult to work with. I never used the word mansplain in my life before I met him. He over promised and underdelivered. We had to call him to return several times to fix leaks and felt so unsure of the work we hired a private inspector. I had to take over communication for the job because he was not listening to my elderly father who is a 30 yr retired Navy & Vietnam Veteran. Jason gave every excuse under the sun not to replace parts that appeared to either be used or spray painted because the color didn't match. Jason's subcontractors decided to remove and not replace several gutter downspouts, which the inspector said was probably the cause of the leaks. Water was draining all into one corner placing pressure on the seems. Eventually we convinced them to replace the downspouts but it took months. Jason is disorganized. I tried to pay him the final payment several times but it took him forever to send the reconciliation documents. He blamed our insurance company for slow rolling but when we called them, they said the claim was settled when the check was sent, the final insurance check can't be issued without the reconciliation documents. At this point, we had banned Jason from our property due to his attitude towards us, but he kept trying to come here. Once the check was received by Jason via certified mail, it took him 1-2 months to mail the warranty docs. I had to ask several times. This was my 2nd roof in my lifetime, the first being a double decker in Boston which took 1 week from start to receipt of final paperwork. Patriot took ~ 8 months.   During our initial consultation when picking out materials for my roof, I chose an upgrade roofing underlayment but when he actually installed it, he gave me the basic tar paper material , and when I ask him about it, halfway through the installation his reply was do you want me to take it off with a snobbish look? my next-door neighbor clued me to many flaws in the installation, and he missed a spot by my garage side door but he came back later and finished it. I have pictures. I do not recommend this guy or his company.

  Exceptional Speed & Permanent Fix! I cannot recommend this company enough! I contacted them about a pretty big ivy issue—a literal tree had started growing out of my gutter. From start to finish, their service was absolutely mind-blowing: 2-Minute Response: Within two minutes of reaching out, they responded to confirm they could handle the job and provided highly competitive rates after normal business hours! Arrived Within the Hour: They showed up at my door less than an hour after that initial contact. Done in 60 Minutes: The technician got straight to work and completely finished the job in just an hour. What I appreciated most was that they cleared and bagged the debris but also took the time to educate me on exactly how the growth happened and provided a clear solution so I won't have a mini-forest returning next summer. Even went the extra mile and recommended products that would knock out my ivy issue! Not only were they incredibly fast and reasonably priced, but they also provided recommendations to ward off future growth. Professional, efficient, and reliable—10/10! This company won my business for life, especially since they do many more things than just clean the gutters!

  We had a large residential roofing job but Spencer and his crew got it done in one day!! Amazing job and a pleasure to work with. His response time on any questions was fast and professional.
