$650.00 for 6 shingles and an hour to do the job? Shop around prior.

I’m sorry you feel this way. We did a free estimate, sent you a proposal and you approved the job. Then we installed the new shingles/ridge that was damaged and missing exactly as we proposed. I would love to discuss this with you over the phone next week if you have a moment. Please call the office at 850-478-4715.

I would never recommend. We used southeastern roofing company for a new roof installation. We had an ageing roof (15 years old) but it was a solid roof without wind damage, leaks, or visible problems. Our insurance company forced a new …

Original problem was leaking through roof. Their analysis was corroded screws. Replaced whole roof at great expense. Still leaked. Then they said it was the chimney (which it probably was), but after having another company deal with the …

Thank you for your feed back on your experience with our company. We always endeavor to improve our customer service. Your original roof was in poor condition and had been through a hurricane which also damaged the chimney housing. We worked to respond as quickly as possible to any warranty request. As of our last visit we were pleased to see that you had removed the chimney entirely to remedy the rotten siding and chimney cap damage. We feel this will solve any long term problem.

The sales rep you were speaking to was in a bad area and had no intention of dropping the call. The information regarding the leak over your porch area was relayed to our office and our installer will be there asap to inspect and fix any issues discovered. We do apologize for any miscommunication, but please be assured that we stand behind the work we do and will make every effort to ensure the matter is resolved quickly.

I am writing this with a heavy heart. I recently contracted with Southeast Roofing to replace my roof after hurricane Sally. My neighbor had informed me that he had contracted them through Lowe’s and was satisfied with their work. I called them in early October 2021 to schedule an estimate, They were very professional at this phase of the project, we were not sure of the color, so I asked if they could provide customers whom had installed the roofing color we were interested in. The office staff was some what accommodating. As a result we were able to find the color we liked. We then scheduled the installation of the new roof. They showed up on time and ready to work. Completed the job before I arrived home from work that day. The roof was replaced on December 12th 2021 and required full payment upon completion. I delivered a cashier’s check on December 14th 2021 in the amount of $11,640.00. I had my wife get the cashier’s check from the bank and she had shorted the check by $1000.00 which was brought to my attention when I delivered the check to the office. I told the stall member that it was an oversite and that I would pay them ASAP. PROBLEM I live in Navarre and commute to Pensacola and my bank is in Ft. Walton, this is due to my recent change in employment so getting the monies was a challenge. I offered to pay by phone but was told that there was a large fee to use this option, so I said I would pay you ASAP, well the Holliday’s hit and other issues, when I contacted the staff and explained the issue they said no problem pay the amount owed as soon as you can. 01/06/22 Just received a threat of intent to file a lean… Heavy Heart

I would like to thank you for all the positive statements you made regarding the quality and professionalism of the roof installation. We pride ourselves in providing top quality service. I apologize that there was some misunderstanding about the billing. However, the account was not paid in it's entirety and based on Florida regulations we send out a notice of intent to lien after payment is outstanding for over 30 days upon completion of an installation. Your roof install was completed on 12/1/21. This is not a lien, but only a notice that if the account is left unpaid a lien would be filed. We appreciate your attention to this matter and wish you well.

Spoke with Craig Blanton about roof repair after hurricane Sally. They did a good job on the roof except for a spot in corner which we agreed should have been repaired.I had to hire another person to fix that corner. So I finally paid the bill anyway without the corner being fixed.I then put this house on the market and had a buyer who’s inspector found some rotten wood that should have been replaced.I called Craig Blanton back because he told me that I had a five year warranty on the roof.He told me that was on the eave and they weren’t responsible for that even thought it was part of the roof decking which should have been replaced at the time of the roof replacement.Long story short ,keep a close eye on their crews at time of construction because they will cut corners and the warranty means nothing to this company!!!

**Update in response to the owner of the company** If you need receipts and phone records to show a chronological time frame we would be more than happy to supply that. As far as our insurance saying it was good enough, please tell me when, where, and with who that conversation occurred. The photos of our roof after your tarping job show that parts of our damaged roof were still exposed. The office manager, Amber Finazzo, should already know about these pictures as she "liked" my review on Facebook but had no comment on her appalling behavior. If you're truly interested in having a conversation about your customer service, or lack of, your office has my contact information. "If you're looking for quality from people who actually care about your business continue searching because they are not it. After Sally, Southeast Roofing was recommended to us by a friend who has a family member that works for the company. The first tarp job was done and we were told we had to pay $500 out of pocket as a "down payment". A few days later we noticed the tarp was not secured down. We called Southeast and the guy they sent out said it would be fine. There was nothing to fix. After 2 weeks, the tarp was blown over, exposing damaged parts of our roof to the elements. My husband called Southeast numerous times about the quality and was consistently told he would get a call back. We had decided to cut our losses but then Delta was possibly heading in our direction. Finally enough was enough and the last time my husband called he refused to hang up until he talked to someone to resolve our problem. A woman comes on the phone and says, "Mr. Stanley, what do you want?". He begins to explain himself only to be cut off and asked again what he wants. So he tells her he wants his money back if they're not going to fix the tarp job. She proceeded to laugh in a condescending tone and tell my husband that not only would we not be getting a refund but that if anything we OWE them money. She

At Southeast, throughout our 15 years of service in the Gulf Coast area, we have always strived to provide exceptional workmanship, in conjunction with outstanding customer service. Upon receipt of your concern, as President and owner of the company, I personally looked into the matters and issues you raised to determine whether Southeast had failed to meet its standards of excellence. While the details and chronology of events as you stated in your concern were not confirmed and as Southeast stated to you, your insurance company deemed the tarping services satisfactory and thus, covered your loss accordingly, regardless, I truly regret that you were unsatisfied with the work that Southeast provided. To that end, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about this matter and hope that you would consider Southeast for your roofing needs in the future. Sincerely, Michael Parsons

The install was smooth, and the job was done well. Great company to work with. UPDATE: We’ve been using Southeast Roofing & Construction for 19 years now, and they have replaced our roof 2 times. It’s rare to find a company with this kind of longevity and consistency. Their team, especially Mike are professional, the quality is top-notch, and they make the entire process stress-free. If you want a roofer you can actually trust for the long haul, look no further!"

When I needed a new roof, Southeast Roofing & Construction had the most competitive pricing. Territory Manager Cody came to explain what would be involved in a very professional manner. Southeast Roofing came within a fortnight and their team of roofers did an excellent job removing the old roof and replacing it with the newly selected shingles. The crew came early in the day and worked until well after normal hours. Since I like to go barefoot in my yard, I appreciated especially the fact that they removed any roofing nails from around the house. The new shingles Cody helped me pick really make the house pop out. Over all, I was very satisfied with how Southeast Roofing & Construction replaced my roof. I will certainly consider Southeaster Roofing and Construction when I will need a new roof.

They were very professional and the roof looked amazing. They even covered my hedges so Nails wouldn’t or leaves wouldn’t get on the hedges. They cleaned up as if they were never there.
