  Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Henderson. We take all feedback very seriously, however, your facts are incorrect in your review, so we would like to clarify some points you made. Danielle has been a valuable team member with us for over 2 years and has NEVER had a negative thing said about how she conducts herself. Quite the contrary- we have received multiple compliments on how much she cares and tries to help our clients. All of our calls are recorded for quality assurance, and after listening to your calls with Danielle, she followed our protocols and when that wasn’t what you wanted, you became a bit aggressive, telling her “she was on your dime.” Your estimator explained to the person you left in charge of the appointment, since you failed to be at the appointment as requested, that the job had too much structural damage in the roof decking and fascia boards for our crews to handle at this time, but that he would get with the owners and verify if we could help or not. You actually DID receive a call back from our estimator within 36 hours that you did not answer, so he left a voicemail explaining that your job did, indeed, call for more work than we could take on at this time. Therefore, a quote was not necessary. You called back in upset because you hadn’t received a call back and when Danielle explained there was a voicemail left, you got upset because she could not tell you what was on the voicemail. She offered to have the estimator call you back, but your response was that we must not want your business so you would go elsewhere and hung up on her. We wish we could help everyone that calls with roofing and gutter needs, but we have been in business long enough to know that some jobs are just beyond our scope of expertise and instead of taking every job and not being able to do quality work, we are honest and let the client know we would not be a good fit for them. We wish you the best of luck with your project.

  I worked with Jason and Ricky to get my flashing and shingles repaired around my chimney. Both were knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have to commend Ricky in particular for coming back the next day and repairing a cosmetic component of the flashing because it had a slight bend in it and didn't meet his expectations. Their quote for the labor was fair, and they even went to Lowe's to get additional wood to shore up some rot in the decking. That very night we had a large downpour and the attic and chimney were as dry as a bone. 10/10.

  I recently moved into a new house and one of the things that came up during the home inspection were the downspouts. I have 2 located in the front and 2 located in the back. One of the front elbows was pointed backwards so water was going directly towards my crawlspace. The other front elbow was just dumping water right by my front steps. As a result of the recent rain, I have 3 inches of water in my crawlspace. I am trying to get new sheathing installed but everytime the floor gets solid enough to comfortably walk on it, it seems to rain again for days before I can get is laid down. I called a few companies to come out and give me an estimate. Jason came out from South Point. He was very friendly and honest. After receiving the estimate, I decided to go with them and the appointment was scheduled for the following week. Caleb came out and installed 4 new elbows and added extensions to them to get the water away from the house. He was extremely professional, helpful and efficient. I would definitely hire South Point again should I have the need. Don't be afraid to give them a call. They were here when they said they were going to be and their pricing was very fair.
