  We got our roof done in November 2023. This company did a horrible job on our roof, it was leaking since we got it done. We reached out in June of 2024 to have them come and look at it. It took them almost 2 years to come and look at it and by the time they came to look at the damages it was June of 2025. They came out and told us the owner would have to come look at these damages, he never came so we reached out again in October of 2025. The finally came out well over a year after we initially reached out. They said they wouldn’t fix the damages because they were “caused by the hurricane”. He told us we reached out in June of 2024 which was before the hurricane. He couldn’t show us the “damages” from the hurricane. He refused to even look at the roof. He didn’t get on the roof, couldn’t show us the damages “caused from the hurricane” and completely refused to help at all. Told us to take him to court. Horrible company. Wouldn’t recommend them. From the workmanship, to the people in the office, to the owners. They will do a bad job then refuse to help afterwards. The owner is extremely condescending and refused to help from the beginning

  The roof was installed 10 months before the hurricane. Our records indicate the customer did not report any leaks during that time. The customer said she did not notice the leak until a few days after the hurricane. We do not warranty roofs that were damaged by a hurricane.

  It's been a month and I still haven't received my supposed initial phone call that I was told 3 different times would happen within 48 hours AFTER having to call them back to see what was up multiple times. Use someone else if you need the process to actually start.

  This was the worst service I have gotten. The adjuster had attitude because he was late and never went on my roof. He gave me a piece of paper for 3500.00 and said make your choice who will do your work. Brighter side and truth roofing both gave 1500 estimates for the same work. I will never ever call them again, I promise to tell everyone not to use them either. The guy that came was Bob Zinn, please never use this company ever customer service is really really bad.

  Honest, Clear Communication, Excellent Customer Service From start to finish, my experience with Lovelace Roofing has succeeded my expectations. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The communication was clear. Rick answered all questions I had and gave great advice. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I never felt pressured. Peggy and the other office staff are so kind and offer great customer service, which is hard to find. Tom is a generous person and good hearted. The crew was on time, did great work, very respectful, and cleaned up very well. This is my first time having a roof replaced, so I was a little anxious. If I ever need to have this done again, I know who I am calling. I recommend Lovelace Roofing to anyone that needs a roof and would like an extremely fair price, quality work, and excellent customer service. Lovelace Roofing puts their customers first.

  I am very pleased with my roof replacement. Richard and his crew did an excellent job. Also, Jeff Sherman was a champ to work with. Lovelace replaced my roof just 4 weeks before hurricane Helene hit us. I went with architectural shingles that were rated to resits winds up to 130 mph. My roof survived the hurricane without any damage. I would highly recommend Lovelace Roofing.

  Had some concerns about my shingles. Mr. Jeff Sherman, the insurance specialist for Lovelace Roofing came over and Inspected my roof, explained my roof issues which luckily were minor. He said that I had many years left on my roof. Very much appreciated his Insight and professionalism. David L'Heureux

  Two men showed up at the appointment time and were able to repair the hole in my roof then and there. Very pleased! Especially with the use of the battery powered blower on low to remove debris from the roof and walkway without a lot of noise and air pollution.

  I'm not sure if this company is under new management, new staff or lack of communication among them. I used this company to replace my roof and gutters in the early 2000s and the experience was great from start to finish, hence me deciding to use them again. However, this experience was a complete 180. When I called and spoke to Ms. Patty I told her exactly what I wanted a quote for and she said that she would pass the information on to the contractor and he would call to schedule the initial consult appointment. The consult was completed but when I received the estimate it was not for the type of roof and gutter color I requested. I contacted Rob, the contractor, who said he didn't receive that information although I provided it to Ms. Patty and we had spoke about it on the phone when scheduling the initial consult. Anyhow, he had Lisa send me the updated estimate. I contacted Rob the week prior to installation to confirm date and what I wanted and he stated, "yep, I'm checking the materials now to make sure we have everything to go for Monday". I was impressed with the new roof and it was exactly what I wanted however, due to weather the gutters had to get done later in the week which happened to be the day I was leaving on travel. To make a long story longer, I returned to see the wrong color gutters on my home. I contacted Rob again making mention of this and he said he did not have documentation of this. I reminded him I mentioned it to Patty who stated she would pass on the information, I talked to him about it, and called the week prior to confirm. His response was that he had no documentation of it and that Ms. Patty was only an office manager and doesn't have anything to do with that. I mentioned, this is the same person I spoke to requesting the consult, the same person that did not give you the information regarding the roof type despite him and I discussing it during scheduling which resulted in him having to send me an updated estimate.   I had an issue with a leak directly over my hot water heater as well as one that I was unsure of the cause. Marco came and found the issues and within two days the repairs had been made. Marco was friendly but professional. My only issue is wondering why I waited so long to call them for this repair. I am completely satisfied with the work and work quality. I definitely would recommend this company and would use them for any future roofing work.
