  STAY AWAY. Absolutely terrible installation and even worse customer service. C&B installed my roof in the fall of 2023, and it immediately had issues - the flashing around the chimney was installed incorrectly, and water entered into the house. Charles came over and said that he fixed it, but it wasn't a sufficient or correct resolution. The roof materials around the eave weren't installed correctly. There isn't any weatherstripping or vapor barrier where the chimney meets the roof. There's literally flashing missing at the eave and i can stick my arm up INTO THE ATTIC. Roof issues don't always present themselves immediately, so unbeknownst to me, water has been entering the house and causing extensive damage. C&B won't respond to any outreaches to resolve.

  Mr Grubbs once again we are still willing and offering to fix the roof the way you want it. Ive offered servel times in writing. I do realize that I came to the agreement with you that my subcontractor did not do some things exactly the way they should have been done. And that subcontractor has been fired since. He was with us for a long time and did many quality jobs. Not sure what happened with him. But we will make it right overall. We have offered to fix it just look at your text message conversation between us . We offered to fix it and you said you would rather get someone else to fix it We respectfully said we were willing to even pay for that cost within reason. After speaking with you just Thursday 2 days before this review I was just waiting on information from you on what the next step you wanted to go. Once again if you would like to work something out I am still willing to come take care of the work personally myself and make it right. And that's not my envisioned for any customer not to be happy with our service. Please reach out to us 803-646-5490 Would love to fixs the matters at hand.

  C and B recently replaced the metal roof on my house. Even though they had some difficulty in obtaining in the correct materials, they persevered, and I now have a nice new roof. I found the workers to be exceptionally efficient, and it was easy to work with the owner and his staff. I am very pleased with my new roof.

  I recently had my roof replaced by C&B, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were exceptional.   The most honest and forthcoming roofer I have ever dealt with in my life. They are awesome and did a great job inspecting my roof. They came out, inspected the roof and let my wife know there were no major problems with the roof. They could have told my wife anything they wanted but instead they were so open and honest. I will only deal with them going forward.

  C&B replaced the roof on our home and I can't even describe how happy we are with it, it looks amazing! The crew was on time, professional, and hard working. They completed the job in one day and left the jobsite clean. I'd use them again without hesitation and I'd highly recommend them.

  C&B Roofing did an excellent job. They were on our roof at 6:45 am and finished in one day! They did not leave a mess and got up all the nails. I would definitely recommend them.

  C&B Roofing did an awesome job. They were on time. All the guys were very nice. They did the job in one day. They did a great job on the clean up, not one nail did I find .The price was very reasonable. I recommend them highly.
