  My experience was not what I anticipated.. They put a roof on my home and I had several leaks. Called them to inform of issues, they’ll have someone contact me , but not in a timely manner.. The job was rushed not and I was completely disappointed!!!.. My ceiling had been leaking for awhile before we noticed it was leaking, due to the insulation we didn’t notice it until later.. We had to replace my ceiling.. And they didn’t want to have it repaired...on their expense!.. why I don’t know ... They gave me the runaround about it... I would never give them a referral to anyone!!!... Bad attitude of the Owner, disrespectful and extremely rude !!!!.. Poor satisfaction from company..

  I have used All South in the past but will not use them again. I had four windows installed. Measurements were taken promptly. The windows were dropped off at the house but the installer did not show and did not call. When the installer did come out, they were not equipped to install the window and they had not measured one window appropriately. The crew was taken off of the install by the owner and the next installer was supposed to come out the following week but did not show, did not call and the office could not get in touch with him. The third installer completed the job. Overall, the windows sat outside for three weeks. After the first installer attempted to install one window, there was a gap between the trim and the window leaving the house open to the elements and bugs for days before they came and covered the opening. The trim work around our windows was replaced but not painted to match (brown trim on a grey house). There was poor communication through the installation and, overall, I am very unhappy with the results.

  I have been trying to get my window replaced because of moisture in window. I have a lifetime warranty and they will not even return my phone call. I have called approximately 5 times with in the last month. My window will not stay in the locked position and just falls back down. The owner changed his number. Bad business practices.

The warranty is with the manufacturer of the window and they will send you a replacement. We would be happy to assit you in contacting them to get the claim started.

  I regret using All South's services and I strongly recommend you find someone else to install your roof or gutters. We hired All South to replace our roof and install new gutters. The roof was done on April 20 2019 and the gutters were installed April 23 2019. They were very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable about their product. They repeatedly told us they would take care of everything until we were happy, but apparently that only meant until they got paid for their services. Once the service was paid for, they have been unwilling to help us. We have only had 2 decent rainy days to test the roof and gutters. So far the roof seems good, which by the way they contracted out the work on the roof install. The actual employees of All South installed the gutters and that's where we have the current problem. We emailed them Friday May 10 about the rain water coming through between the house and the gutters and when we received no response, we emailed again on Monday May 13. Krystal said she would pass the information on to Ronnie. When we did not hear anything back by Wednesday May 15, my husband called Ronnie on his cell phone and Ronnie told him he would be out Friday May 17 to check it out but didn't know what time. Ronnie never showed up nor did he call to reschedule. So on Monday May 20, my husband called the All South office again and they said they would look into it, then to follow up he contacted them through their website contact form on Tuesday May 21; we have still not heard back from them as of today Thursday May 23. Update: June 7th: After more calls someone finally came out Monday June 3, their "fix" did not fix the problem, it just made it worse. We called shortly after they left and they said they would come out to install some drip edge. We have not heard back from them and we have since tried to contact them and were only able to get in touch with their answering service. I wish I could give negative stars at this point. Looks like we may be fixing

  I can not say enough good words about All South Roofing. Daniel Griffin was our project manager. From the beginning of our project he was informative. Made suggestions and left us with roof choices. He even sent a list of the jobs with the different roof colors so we could see what the shingles looked like in person. The crew arrived and they were considerate, punctual, and did an AMAZING job! They cleaned up thoroughly and you couldn’t tell in just over 7 hours they had ever been here. Wonderful experience and I would recommend them without hesitation! Julie

  We recently hired All South to replace our siding and install two new windows, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They provided competitive pricing without sacrificing quality, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the work in a timely manner. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the finished product looks great. It's refreshing to work with a company that does exactly what they promise.   Daniel Griffin assisted my brother and I a few weeks ago with a problem with water leaking through our stove hood. He came out promptly the next day, a team came with him, they had most of materials, Daniel went to get remainder, and they fixed roof and hood pipe on the spot. Very courteous, they did our roof a few years back, and it was a pleasure to deal with him again. We have had 2 rains and 1 snowfall and all is dry on my kitchen stove now! No leaks, cannot recommend these very professional, exceptionally nice workers. Cannot go wrong using All South in North Augusta. Thanks Again Daniel!

  All South did an excellent job replacing my roof in North Augusta, SC. I've used them several times on personal and rental properties over the years and I've never been disappointed. They have always been honest, stay true to their word, and kept me updated throughout the installation process. I highly recommend All South Roofing.

  Kevin with All South did an amazing job with my roofing, windows, and sunroof project. He was very punctual and honest all along with my home.   Excellent comany. We ordered a sunroom in the back of our house. They gave us the best price and delivered a high quality sunnroom. Kevin was available throughout the process. The project was done on time and to our satisfaction. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

  All South made my Barbie Dream House a reality! Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. I contacted All South for a quote for window and vinyl replacement as the 30+ year old vinyl on my home was an eye sore. Anthony talked me through options and lifetime expectancy for different products. He was never pushy and helped me make informed decisions. Ultimately I chose board and batten hardie board and pink paint (say what you will, but I LOVE IT!). 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to upgrade the aesthetic of their home!

  I had heard of the energy costs savings when older houses had the windows replaced. I stopped by All South’s office in downtown North Augusta. As the house was nearby, Collin, a young salesman offered to meet me at the location and give me an estimate. We agreed on the new windows to be installed and I was given a firm price on the total job. The windows were properly installed in a timely manner and the work completed in one day. It was a very satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend All South Roofing for anyone’s siding and roofing needs.

  Kevin and Krystal were both excellent in providing rapid response to all my questions prior to making the sale. As soon as the weather permitted, their crews were on the job and did great work. These guys were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for siding and roofing.
