  Had siding replaced on my house. While performing the work they damaged my downspout on my gutter system. The installer said they would tell the office and someone would come repair it. That didn’t happen. I get a call from the office a week later wanting the final payment. I asked if they could repair the downspout. I was told they would create a work order for that and they would come take care of it. That didn’t happen. This is the last time I’ll do business with them.

  If I could zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service. My repair job has been half done for 2 months now. Everytime I call, I'm told that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting on the magic call and the repair is incomplete. Buyer beware.

  Salesman was extremely aggressive and pushy. We had to purchase “on the spot.” We weren’t allowed to think about it or discuss it with one another, not even for a day or he would not honor the quote. Additionally, the salesman said to us that he wanted to deal only with “the man of the house, not the spouse because she wasn’t qualified to make the big decisions.” Very unprofessional and extremely condescending. This should’ve tipped us off to not use this company. Unfortunately we did purchase and we are very disappointed. The gutters clogged within the first few years and the company does not stand behind their “lifetime anti-clog warranty.” Company refuses to rectify.

  $16,000 was the quote they gave me for a 20x20 carport. Found same thing for $4000.

  Bad bad customer no-service from Enloe Residential siding. After they vetted me twice to be sure I was “the decision maker,” they didn’t show up at 10am. I called and was told a rep would call me. 20 min later I called back - phone svc hung up - call back ask for manager - 8 min on hold and hung up - call back phone svc hangs me up - call back and scheduler Walter hears me out but has no answers. I tell him to pass my issue to managers Larry or Cody and see if either of them have the guts to call me back - and go ahead and cancel my appointment. I won’t be doing business with them.

  Originally bought our windows about 1.5 years ago. If I remember correctly, they did a poor job with communication and my husband had to call them several times to set up a time for install. Recently, January-ish time frame, I called because I noticed one of the windows wasn't sitting correctly and I wanted someone to come and take a peak at it so that it could be fixed. It took several weeks before I got that scheduled and when they came out we were told they were all installed incorrectly and they all needed to be replaced. I called at least weekly to get updates and could never get a call back. I spoke to someone at one point and they mentioned the windows just being fixed as to replaced, which I really don't care I just want it fixed, but they said someone else needed to come out to look at them again to see what needed to be done. Over a month later, someone finally came out and said they could be repaired and didn't need to be replaced and he would get back to us regarding a time. Well it's been another week and I haven't heard anything so I guess it's time for me to call weekly again to try to get them to get this stuff figured out. Very poor communication. Would not recommend.

  Waited 2 months for them to put gutters up after giving a deposit and they could NOT be bothered with communication or service. Finally called to cancel and miraculously they wanted to install the next day. SURPRISE....NO SHOW AND NO CALL! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

  We had our roof replaced and gutters put on our house. They listened to what we wanted and followed through with professionalism and care. I would highly recommend.

  Enloe did a absolutely amazing job putting a new roof on my house!!!.. I would recommend them to anyone. The saleman Russell was very polite and knowledgeable!! He explained everything clearly and roofers were everything he said they would be. They cleaned up area around my house very well!! Thank you Enloe and Russell!!!

  WOW! That was easy!! We had wanted to update our windows/siding for quite some time. Enloe made it easy for us. The quality job was completed in timely fashion. Many extras were thrown in at no cost to improve the overall appearance of our home. The installation personnel were very helpful, even to the point of helping restore window treatments.

  I have been truly satisfied with my patio cover and gutters Enloe installed. The guys were professional and worked fast. I plan to put a back porch cover up too and Enloe Residential are my first and only choice.
