  Initially, all questions and concerns were addressed. Installation crews no-showed twice without notice. Roof was replaced in November; however, small metal piece (1 ft X 1ft) has still not been fixed and corner gutter was not sealed (or done correctly) as it continued to drip during the previous snow melt. One request to fix gooseneck in bathroom was not completed during installation as requested, but fixed post-November installation.

  Took a week to respond to my request. Only to tell me they weren't taking on any work. Poor customer service experience

I completely understand your disappointment and your desire to leave us this review; in this busy season it can take a few business days to respond to requests. Please keep in mind that we received your repair request via email on Sunday morning and we called you on Wednesday afternoon to let you know that we did not have a repairs crew available to fix the piece of siding that had come loose.   Would be nice if they actually showed up when they make an appointment. They can't handle competition, so when told others are providing quotes for our hail damaged home they bowed out!

  Hi, We are very sorry we missed the appointment today. It was a clerical error on our part. As far as competition goes, we are a small company who is overwhelmed by requests at this point from customers liking out reputation and wanting to hire us. We simply just don't have time to quote on claims that have been cashed out and are looking for someone with the lowest price. It's just what this season has determined for our company.   Had a piece of siding pop out of place. Normally a $500 minimum callout to have someone put it back and I am out of town to do it myself, something that takes less than 5 minutes. Repairman lived in the area so dropped by for free after work! Amazing customer service

  We recently had our roof shingles replace by South Peak and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual and courteous throughout the entire process. The installers work efficiently, kept the site clean and the and quality of the workmanship is excellent. If you're looking for a reliable roofing contractor with a crew that respects your home and your time, I highly recommend South Peak Roofing and Exteriors.

  Easy 5 star review for South Peak. Right from the impressive delivery of the new roofing material, to dealing with Amanda and Alex, to the installation with the “do it right “ roofing crew, to the “do it right” soft metal team. What a relief to find a roofing company like South Peak to fix the hail damage on my house.

  We just had a new roof installed by Southpeak Roofing and we are so pleased. Alex and Augustine were wonderful to deal with. Any questions we had they were there to answer them. Would highly recommend this company.

  Great Experience with South Peak from quote to Finish. We got our roofing done first. Crew of 8 showed up on time and professionally completed the task in a very timely manner. A few weeks later we got our siding and soft metals replaced. Very professional crew. Showed up everyday on time. Were considerate of our property and our neighbours as well. Excellent communication from start to finish. Responded back without delay. Special Shoutout to Amanda in the office for her timely replies and great customer service. Pricing was very clear and competitive, no shady hidden "where did that extra $2000.00 charge come from" with no response from the office. Our house was hit in the Hail Storm in Aug 24, and many houses in our neighbourhood are getting siding replaced, We are able to see quite a difference in professional conduct that these other companies are showing and don't compare to Southpeak higher standards. Would highly recommend and definetly will be our go to in the future if another hail storm arrives (knock on wood).
