  Horrible company to deal with! Will never recommend to anyone. Hired them in July(2025) Still waiting to hear from them. They totally do not care about the job they do. Even the owners do not call you back. Have had 4 different guys that work for them out to see what can be done with the siding, still waiting. Got new gutters with gutter guards, asked if the guards were on told of course they are.....of course they were not! Could go on and on about this company! Will be calling BB.

  We had a new bathroom installed (everything except the toilet). The sales person who came to our house to help us pick everything out and schedule the installation was great. We were not in a rush, so we told SMR to schedule us whenever was convenient for them. We hired SMR in May and they put us on the schedule for August. We were told it would be a five-day project, and it ended up taking 17 days. On top of that, it wasn’t communicated to us on the fifth day that the project wouldn’t be finished on time. The shower and vanity are great. We have zero complaints. But they did a horrible job drywalling a large section of one of the walls. We’ve sanded it, spackled it, primed/painted it twice, and there is still significant peeling/cracking. I’ve contacted SMR multiple times and was essentially given instructions on how to fix it, which I had already done on my own, and it didn’t work. They never offered to come out and fix the issue. Once the actual work was started in August, we found the customer service to be poor. Never proactive, always reactive. It should be a no-brainer to make sure the customer is 100 percent satisfied, and it seemed to us that all they cared about was getting paid.

  I’ll lead off by saying we went with SMR Home Pros because of the high reviews and their claims. My wife and I had our initial window replacement consult on 10 March 2025. At that consult with Daniel we were told how great of a company they are, they have their own crews, not sub contracting random teams to complete the work. The windows would be installed in about six weeks. The windows weren’t installed until August. Communication with SMR was poor. SMR said that they wouldn’t schedule install until THEY received the windows and inspected them. They scheduled at least twice without any idea where the windows were. I asked for the windows to not be delivered to my house…the windows were delivered to my home on 17 June, three months after consult. One of the windows was broken. They told me to go take the wrapping off and send them pictures of the damaged window. SMR then said they would contact the manufacturer(Polaris) and that SMR would send someone to transport that window to speed up the process. Estimated no more than 2 weeks. Fast forward 1 month, I have gotten NO update or return messages from “the rep” handling my install. The window manufacturer Polaris contacts me directly to tell me they are sending someone out to replace the broken pane. I reach out to SMR after the pane is installed and “my Rep” had no idea that was even taking place. Install day comes. Crew did NOT have the experience to remove and install these windows in my opinion, They didn’t know how to remove the old casements correctly, so each window had a different amount of “sill” remaining AND, after 2 different measurements were taken. Two of the windows were significantly smaller than previous windows. It became a two day job for the install crew. At the end of day one my house was not left in a satisfactory state. The crew did not clean up very well at job completion. Left a mess inside and out of the house, debris all over carpet, nails, spray foam, wood all over the yard where they w

  Horrible experience. I was supposed to have my Bathroom installed multiple weeks ago for my disabled husband. But for whatever reason I keep getting the run around and the date keeps getting pushed back

  Had a picture window and a bedroom window installed. The bedroom window was installed great, no problem!! But our picture window was Not !! It was measured wrong and they had to fit it in.
